My 94 year old father-in-law sold his 2002 van to CarMax today. The experience was positive from start to finish. Every step of the way was accurately described and timely. And Denidra, who handled the sales paperwork may have been an actual angel. She treated my F-I-L with the utmost courtesy and respect. Due to his mobility issues Denidra went out to the vehicle in the parking lot to handle the required paperwork and then went back out to present the check. My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! I definitely recommend Marlo if you ever go to this car max. It goes by pretty quick in my opinion, don’t let this other reviews discourage you.
2016 Honda Accord review
I did some serious research and decided a Honda Accord Coupe built from 2015 to 2020 with the big V6 was a great car to buy used if I could find one with low enough mileage. I found one in Florida using Carvana that only had 29,600 miles on it. It helped that the car also has about all the neat accessories Honda put on 2016 high end Accords. The car is pretty and quick and comfortable. Three important boxes get checked out front. I love the car.

2013 Honda Civic review
We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

2020 Honda Civic Si review
I love driving a manual transmission and this car gives a big bang for the buck. I love all the features from the automatic high/low beams, right side camera when using the turn signals and the blue tooth capability.
