They were very patient with me and worked with me in a favorable way since I was very upset when I arrived. My customer service person, YD, was very helpful and down to earth. No haggling or harsh negotiations were needed in the purchase of a 2014 Civic LX. I highly recommend this dealership.

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

I brought my car in for a air bag recall. The work was completed in timely manner and Don noticed it was time for a few others items to be checked.

My 5th Ridgeline. 2008-2025. Does everything I need from a truck as an owner of a small home. 24MPG highway and 19 around town. Never even had a check engine light come on with any of my five. MUCH roomier than Taco, Frontier, Ranger or Colorado. Wider and absolutely NO CONTEST for back seat room. The only true mid-size suitable for a growing family.

I had to buy a new Honda after I totalled my last one. I hate car shopping and was already banged up and injured so was not looking forward to dealing with this. However, Allen Baer at Gerald Jones Honda was so considerate. He wasn't pushy or abrasive. He actually did research for me on all my options and emailed me ideas and honest information so I didn't waste time test driving things that wouldn't work for my family since I wasn't up to it. And he worked within our budget. He made it so I spent as little time possible at the dealership so I could get back home and rest. This is the only positive car buying experience I have ever had and it was much needed after such a hard week. Thank you Allen and Gerald Jones.

My husband and I had a great experience with Clint. Before I get into that I want to share our experiences from two other local dealerships for comparison. My husband went to one and I to another. The Toyota dealership he went to the salesman was nice but I guess he did not want to sell a vehicle because he did not contact my husband again after my husband told him specifically what 2 toyotas we were interested in. I went to the other honda dealership in the area. When I arrived it took a while for someone to approach me while I was walking around in the lot. I am assuming probably because I had my young son with me. (Don't judge a book by its cover.) A salesman approached me finally. He was very a nice man. But I did not like the set up of the dealership at all. The salesman was looking on an iPad that died in the process of looking for two pilots that I saw online. So then he had to use his cell phone. This whole time we are sitting in a lounge type area with no privacy from other people passing by or from being able to hear the manager who was very rude to his employees sitting at his desk. The salesman asked the manager if he look in the database to see if the vehicles had sold because we did not find them on the lot when we had looked previously. He was very impatient with the salesman and seemed to careless if the man sold me a vehicle. After the manager told him that 1 of the pilots was on the lot somewhere the salesman went to look again for it leaving me for at least 15-20 minutes. I was getting ready to leave at that point when he showed back up and said he could not find it. At that point I was very aggravated with how rude the manager was to his employees, the fact that he also seemed to careless if his employee sold me a vehicle, having no privacy when talking about budget, waiting so long for someone to greet me when I arrived to the dealership and having to wait for him to try to find the vehicle and then not be able to find it. Now for my experience at Honda Cars of Aiken with Clint. My husband went to Honda cars of Aiken the first time alone to narrow down choices of vehicles we were looking into. Clint showed him what we were interested in and allowed him to test drive the vehicles to determine what best suited our family. We decided we were very interested in pilots so we both along with our 18 month old son went back to the dealership. When we arrived he showed us the 4 pilots they had on the lot and told us the difference in each. We picked the one we were most interested in. He allowed us to all ride together including moving our son's car seat from our vehicle to the one we were test driving. After our test drive we went inside to Clint's desk (that's right his own desk with a decent amount of privacy also may I add his own computer) where he had a toy car waiting for my son to play with. He was great with our son the whole time and so patient. Which to a mother is a huge deal! We did not buy that evening because this was a big decision for our family so we wanted time to really think about it and make sure we were not rushing into our decision. Clint was very understanding. We came back later and purchased the vehicle. I would highly recommend him if your looking to purchase. He will be patient and understanding but most of all he wants to make sure you have the right vehicle for you or your family and not just push you into something that does not suit you just to sell a car. So if your looking to buy a car, truck, SUV, or something in between go see Clint at Honda Cars of Aiken.

I had always heard very good things about Honda vehicles, and the Honda Accord especially. So when you went looking to trade in more old car, and was approved to get this excellently crafted vehicle, with all the bells and whistles, I was pleasantly impressed! Have to say had a great experience with Carnisha , Told her what I was looking for. No fault of her’s that I didn’t buy. She tried her best. Man behind the glass room wasn’t listening. If and when I decide to buy another Honda I will go back looking for her Kudos to you Carnisha

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

The Duo I spoke with over the phone was very kind and listen to what I had to say unfortunately he did not have the vehicle I was interested in nor could he help me with any other vehicle I think him for time I'm on a strict budget and I could not afford any of the other trucks.

Owned one. Drove very glamour cars in my life and this truck was my favorite vehicle. Want another one. Best engineering for trunk and easy access to spare tire and rest. Very comfortable ride like riding in any expensive car have owned before.

After months of car shopping and one too many encounters with shady salespeople, I have to say that Stoke Hodges Ford is hands down the finest vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. Billy Nash was my salesman, and he was really attentive to our needs and quick to respond to any issues we had. Normally  I dread going to auto dealerships and spending hours there. Billy made things very simple, and my car was delivered the VERY NEXT DAY after I made a deposit. Customer service was PHENOMENAL from the receptionist to the finance managers. Even the delivery drivers were fantastic. In the future, I will undoubtedly purchase vehicles from them. Make sure to ask for Billy Nash if you buy from this dealership. He'll hustle to get the automobile you desire and make sure you are taken care of. 

Great “SUT” (sports utility truck). This vehicle will last you well past the 250,000 mile mark. I wish Honda would level it from production and get away from that rake look. This vehicle was not designed to keep up with the likes of 4Runners, Tacoma’s or the GMC midsize trucks. It’s a Honda with a Honda twist to be different. Once they make this vehicle leveled from the factory with at least 8 1/2 inches of ground clearance, this vehicle will need very little mods if any. P.S. Honda start making timing chain V6 engines and ditch the timing belt… our (consumer) cost will drop dramatically after 100K.

Kevin is a great guy to buy a car from. This is a family owned business that specializes in quality, low millage vehicles that look spotless and run great. He was extremely honest and upfront about any issues that he knew about with his cars (there weren't many), and he made the car buying experience easy. We ended up buying a 2003 Nissan Sentra with only 30k miles, and the car looks great and runs well. I would definitely go back to him again when I am looking for another car, and would recommend him to anyone.

I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

I first bought a car from Jay Williams. At 23, that was my largest purchase ever and he respected my preferences and budget. It was the BEST car and I?m sad it was totaled in an accident. When I was in the market again, I called him first. Due to the time I had to work with I went to another dealer and bought a car with hesitation. A week later I continued to feel unsafe in the car and reached out again. Jay and the team at Gerald Jones treated me with transparency, what I felt was lacking in my purchase a week before, and helped the best they could to make a tough situation turn around. I recommend the staff at Gerald Jones for their integrity. The new fancy building is nice, but even when they were in the trailer while construction was going on, I knew they valued the customer. Recommend them , hands down.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Aiken Honda takes care of its customers! I had an excellent buying experience in May, 2022 with Ed MIckley. He was informative, patient, and listened to my concerns. He communicated regularly from start to delivery which got delayed due to freight backlogs. Since acquiring the vehicle, I’ve had the vehicle serviced with Aiken Honda. Today, while dealing with a defective tire issue, I was graciously given a ride home by John Kelly in Customer Service. This accommodation was especially appreciated given that my home is 20 minutes away from the dealership. As a a senior single, this impromptu service was deeply appreciated! Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

Don't love the way the gas flap works by pressing on it. I bump it in the garage and it flies open. Haven't figured out how the hood opens yet. No inside button. My Car play doesn't work right. Honda was cheap and you have to buy a mirror with the garage door opener on it. Can't find where to shut off the lane shift thing. I drove it on a trip with a lot of road construction and it was very annoying. Don't like the setup on the speedometer. Too busy looking. Gas mileage isn't what they advertised. Hate the engine turning off at stop signs. I am learning to slowly glide thru them so it doesn't turn off. I did have a person at the dealership go over everything but there was so much, it was hard to take it all in and this is my 3rd CRV.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

After owning 2 CRV’s I decided to go with something larger. I’d initially been considering the Pilot, but I didn’t want or need the third row of seats. I’ve had my 2022 Passport for exactly a year now, and I love it. It makes me happy every time I get behind the wheel. For the size of the vehicle the gas mileage isn’t bad; I’m averaging 15-18mpg city and 23-27mpg highway. It handles well and is very comfortable. I’m not a fan if the idle stop, but that seems to be standard on many vehicles now. I’ve become accustomed to turning it off immediately, so it’s not a problem.

Made in Lincoln, Alabama, this car may be Japanese in name, but built in the USA. Craftsmanship, fit and finishing are excellent. Car arrived in perfect condition. Just an amazing value, nice being in a full-size vehicle that runs on regular. The V6 is quiet and has lots of pep. Lots of room for passengers and all your stuff. Amazing vehicle, that gets the job done.

We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

After having some issues with my car the sale manager Kyle Hemion immediately wanted to fix this problem and made sure everything was taken care off. Very professional and understanding.My car is perfect now and I love it. Every dealership needs a man like Kyle. Thank you for your quick response to make this right but mostly for your kindness.. 3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

We are from out of state and it was a wonderful experience. Dave and Omar made the entire process easy and fast.Everything was done on line by Dave .So I set up my time to go to Augusta and everything was perfect. The car was great, also Dave communicated with me several times before we arrived. The whole experience was better than anything I had experienced. They kept the payment exactly where I needed it. despite numerous quality & reliability issues ( 2016 thru 2021 ) > many will never be resolved by Honda as Honda accepts no responsibility nor concern about problems > including mechanical & in-vehicle entertainment systems, Honda still retains value.

I’m a first time Honda owner and I’m extremely pleased with my purchase. I own a 2024 Accord. I chose it for its safety, functionality, and convenience features. I love it for its sleek style, design, and sophistication.

I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.
