Got callback from sales person within few hours. He was nice. Did test drove and made offer. Unfortunately, vehicle sold when called next day. Service facility is ok, they do service fast, but quite expensive.

Impressive exterior and interior vehicle. Gas saving. Cameras actually help rear parking. Seats customize as I prefer. Running day lights great. Rear window wiper helpful. Interior air adjusts very well. Leasing now. Purchase is probable. Safety features get five stars.

Reliablility was first priority. Style and technology was huge bonus for me. Ride is comfortable, rear and side cam awesome. Car buying process was smooth after much anticipation of stress turned into best experience. Im very happy right now!😊
Overall, I had a great experience. Everyone there was friendly and did their utmost to get me into the car I wanted. And I love the 2016 Honda CRV I got. I find myself looking forward to getting behind the wheel.

Excellent product. Perfect look, fit, room and fuel mileage. AWD is great in the snow. heated leather seats are also great for super cold mornings. this is my first Honda and I will buy more

This is a quite comfortable SUV, with good back support. As a retiree, I get about 28 mpg and drive about 6000 miles a year, mostly in my suburban neighborhood. I am surprised with the excellent pick-up for this 4 cyl. car. The rear seats fold down easily, so that both my mine and my wife's golf carts and clubs fit in the rear of the SUV.
My only complaints are:
>needs better sound-proofing from road noise.
>info-tainment center is not user-friendly

We were shocked by the economy we got from this Honda CR V LX. We were getting nearly 34 miles to the gallon. And the car tracked really well in the snow and rain. GREAT engineering job! Really like this car!!!
I am very happy with the Service Department and my service representative--Randy Ford. He is always helpful in explaining service recommendations--anything urgent/safety issues and things that can wait a little longer. I appreciate that very much. Everyone is always courteous and helpful and competent.

I love this car. I own the base model (LX) So it doesn’t have some of the fancy features, but it’s all I need and more. It’s very smooth and has great pick up for a four-cylinder. The sport mode comes in handy when fighting traffic. Cosmetically, I wish the LX version had the LED strip lights, larger rims, and tinted windows. But All these can easily be added for under $1000. The reason I gave four stars under comfort is because I am 6’4” and wish I had just about 2 more inches of legroom. But that’s hardly the car’s fault. im quite used to it.

Best Value Compact SUV For the Money

This vehicle was priced fairly compared to other SUV's. Although compact, it has plenty of space. The seats will fold down giving even more trunk space.
This car is just what I was looking for. I was driving a Charger so I'm used to plenty of room and power. This is more of a mid-size car with plenty of interior room. The engine is a 1.5 L 4 cylinder turbo which makes it great on gas and has plenty of get up and go.
I purchased a certified pre-owned 2016 Honda Oddessay with some options and under 32,000 miles. This car met all my need. The features and smart key are a nice touch. The ride is much more comfortable than my previous car I drove. My children I like the automatic doors and sun roof. Should've bought this car earlier. Plus, the dealer was so kind .
A few days before this past Christmas I moved from an Altima lease to a ’18 Accord EX lease. I ended up paying a little more than what I wanted but was happy with the vehicle features. Unfortunately, immediately (let me note that I accepted the vehicle with less than 10 miles on it) I began having an issue with the vehicle. At certain speeds (mainly the normal traveling speeds), there will be a consistent, high pitch feedback / vibration from the speakers. It is an unmanageable noise. When I raise the radio volume past a certain setting the noise will cease. If I have others in the car, this is a major nuisance as nobody can hear anyone else.
I have had the car checked by one of your service technicians (who had been helpful to date) and was notified that this is an issue with the Automatic Nosie Canceling (ANC) system. Most disappointingly, I was notified by the technician that this is a known issue with the ’18 Accords and that there is NO KNOWN FIX. And the issue apparently is worse in cold weather. I brought the vehicle back for a second repair as there was a procedure that he wanted to execute as recommended by engineering. Unfortunately, that procedure did nothing to remedy the situation. I was instructed that my only options at this point are to drive with an open window (as that disables the ANC) or unplug the ANC (but not know are the potential negative downstream implications). The service department also said, engineering at some point will have a fix and basically I just need to deal with it.
Excellent customer service care by all department staff members at Victory Honda. Sales lady greeted me at the door and we drove my car into the service area. The service department greeted me,offered and brought me something to drink. The service crew took my car and directed me to the Cafe area. No Long wait service was done right away.
Come on.. it's a Honda so you know it will last!!

This car has exceeded my needs and expectations. Even for an LX edition it still has extras like A/C, heated seats, tinted power windows, hondalink and appleplay capabilities and is just an overall user friendly reliable car. Mine is standard which was hard to come across nowadays and still has that classic smooth honda shifting I remember. Going from a Dodge Ram 1500 which was in no way reliable this car is a godsend and allowed me to get out of vehicle debt simply because it won't leave you stranded with the proper every day maintenance and tlc. Buy it, you will not regret your decision.
Scheduled an oil change for 1030am on a Saturday. Was told it would take an hour and a half because of the amount of walk-ins, but we would be given priority because we had scheduled our maintenance. They have a nice waiting area and an area were they will make you food and snacks, free wifi and charging stations for your phones and tablets. Took almost exactly an hour and a half as promised.

This 2016 odysels like new very comfortable and luxurious inside the for a used car it was a good deal and with a lowered price!!
This car has everything from AWD to navigation! It has lane assist and not to mention 3 differently angled back up cameras! I've never drove a car that handles so well in the snow. I would recommend this car to anybody. It had great leg room in the back (trust me i checked, i have very long legs) and they fold flat if you need the extra space. I dont have a single bad thing to say about this car. Honda's are amazing cars!
Every winter I have the same problem. The car won’t start. I am so done. Terrible purchase. Will not make this mistake ever again. Do not waste your time money and energy.
