I was looking for a specific vehicle and contacted several dealerships. Thomas Honda via Rich Berkey was THE ONLY dealer who was responsive to my search for a used vehicle. Rich was an absolute pleasure, he explained everything very thoroughly, kept in constant contact, and followed up with me every step of the way. All the staff were very friendly. They were very transparent about costs, fees, taxes etc...no jumping through hoops to get a good price and the whole experience was stress free.

I recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue at Hollern and sons. I found a car on their website and then I stopped in and talked to Joe Walters and he showed me the car and answered all of my questions. Joe suggested we take the car for a test drive. Joe was very informative and I purchased the car. We already knew what we wanted, but needed to actually drive both models to be sure. Mattison was very helpful and patient with us, and even helped me link my phone up which probably wasn't necessary, but really appreciated. I don't care for the price negotiating process, my husband does, but even that went pretty well. Over all I got a very nice Christmas present.
It was fine. The reception person was condescending and very cold. The sales person was very nice, if you don't want their financing then there enthusiasm falls. They must get perks for that. I didn't get the car only because it got sold.
