Honda of Westport review
We had an excellent experience with Scott at Honda Westport. While we were dealing with a significant issue with our car, he was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. He arranged a rental car for us and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. His professionalism, experience, and genuine concern were greatly appreciated. He is an outstanding customer service representative and a true asset to the Honda dealership. We are very grateful for everything he did to help us.

2023 Honda Odyssey review
Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I always receive great service at Zeigler and wouldn’t take my Pilot anywhere else. The service staff are knowledgeable and caring - and keep you informed as the work is being done on your vehicle. The sales floor staff are friendly and attentive, and make sure they put you in to the vehicle that best fits your needs. My next purchase will definitely be with Zeigler!!
2026 Honda Odyssey review
We had a 2019 that was a good car, but we decided to upgrade to a 2026. We love it. The only problem we had was the A/C wasn't blowing cold. For some reason it was over charged. But that has been fixed and we are loving it.

2022 Honda Odyssey review
The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

2018 Honda Odyssey review
This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

The entire dealership staff at CPM was incredibly welcoming, making the process smooth, efficient, and completely hassle-free. I got my Jeep Compass Latitude from them, and the experience exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a top-tier car-buying experience, I highly recommend CPM and working with Jeremy - he made everything seamless and enjoyable.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

2024 Honda Odyssey review
Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

Apple Honda review
Giavanna Anzalone from Apple Honda in Riverhead, NY is the greatest! Are you searching for a car buying experience that is positive and transparent? Then I highly recommend that you book an appointment in advance with Giavanna (a sales consultant there) to be sure you receive the utmost attention for all your car buying needs. We worked with Giavanna in buying our new Honda Pilot Elite (love it!) and she was exceptional! While I typically leave the task of car shopping to other members of my family (I tend to steer away from pushy/arrogant salespersons), I’m really glad that I participated in this car purchasing transaction. Giavanna was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and organized. Giavanna listened attentively and patiently to our questions and she had a clear understanding of the car’s features and warranty. If, by chance, she didn’t know the answer to a particular question, she was extremely honest, did her research, and reported back to us in a prompt and well-organized manner. Her enthusiasm is infectious and we found the entire process to be non-pressure filled and upbeat. We learned a lot! She communicated regularly and efficiently- we always felt like we were in the loop. From beginning to end, the entire buying process went smoothly and we could not be more pleased with this experience. Thank you!
