Ask for J. If you see a car they have and want it, go check out it out before you judge them based off of some bad reviews. Not sure if they are under new management or what. But looked at a car, and they provided great service. They were up front, honest, provided the car fax on spot, and also stated if we wanted to take the cars we were looking at to get inspected we could totally do that and even provided those shop names and the costs. We almost didn't go just because of the bad reviews but I wanted to give them a chance and see for myself.

We were made to feel welcome and free to ask questions. And Kelly knew the answers without having to go to a manager behind a big glass wall! Negotiating was easy and we got a fair price for our trade. We were in and out with a new truck, old truck traded in and loan paperwork done in less that a few hours. Our previous experiences have been never ending days and nights going back and forth at the dealership. Haacke's have clean, well maintained vehicles in a very professional and courteous atmosphere. I’ve never owned an EV before, so I had a multitude of newbie questions as this is a big transition from Acura MDX. Ever Cars made this easier than expected. Jake, my rep, was really the workhorse though. Jake took notes of everything I said I wanted, but then took it several steps further and brought up features I didn’t even know I needed! I thought Tesla held the title for longest range, until he introduced me to Lucid, which I test drove the 2023 Lucid Air… incredible. I needed some “hand holding” to figure out what I wanted, but Jake did that for me and I’m grateful.
