He was incredibly informative and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Mike worked so hard to help me get into a new SUV, even though my credit isn’t the best and my trade-in wasn’t great either. The effort he put in truly amazed me. I also had the pleasure of working with Tony in finance, who was just as wonderful. He was personable, understanding, and respectful of my situation. Both Mike and Tony were polite, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. They put in so much effort to get me into a new car, and it definitely paid off! I’m thrilled to be picking up my 2024 Hyundai Venue tomorrow morning. I can’t thank Mike and Tony enough for all their hard work for me and my daughter. Even though I know I wasn’t the only client they were helping, when I was with them, I felt like I was their only priority. Hiland Toyota is an exceptionally honest dealership. I made a deal online with Internet Manager Lonnie Tapscott and flew 2,000 miles to pick up a used car. Lonnie even gave me a ride from my hotel - five star service. The car was visibly indistinguishable from new inside and out. No wear, no door dings, not a single paint swirl, nada. After a short test drive, I signed two documents and was on the road in five minutes - easiest dealership closing process I have ever seen. During my four day trip home, it was determined that the front tires, despite having adequate remaining tread, had split due to age and sun exposure. As they were unsafe for the highway I replaced them at my expense and let Lonnie know the Service Dept could possibly improve their tire inspection process. To my great surprise, Hiland offered to send me a check for the full cost of both tires. They knew the chance of me being a repeat customer from five states away was low but they wanted to do the Right Thing. This is a dealer you can trust to keep their word, which is rare. I will keep my eye on their inventory and heartily endorse them for anyone looking for a car locally or from outside Moline. Very impressive operation.

Over the years I have bought/leases a fair number of vehicles. You have those good and bad dealerships, but it's rare you get the good fortune of dealing with an exceptional dealership. I can honestly say I have only had three (3) exceptional dealerships that I had the pleasure of working with; Heller Ford is one of them. Look for further than Heller Ford for your vehicle needs. Although I did not buy a Ford, they sold me a Lucid Air that was on their used car lot. I really loath those dealers that run you around circles, throwing in extra fees, and just wasting my time.
