This is a great car. The hybrid drivetrain has already saved me over 30% on gas in a few months of ownership. With the xle model I purchased I have noticed the sound dampening is not as good as my older model 2013 rav4 non hybrid but with no engine noise either makes the outside noise more noticeable. The seating space up front is a little more tighter but not bad. My one gripe is the gas pedal is hinged to the floor so the floor mats do not go all the way to the top and leave the carpet exposed. I would still 100% recommend the car. Just watch out for some dealerships who are just out to make your purchase difficult.

Everyone was very polite and courteous, despite things being a bit backed up when I arrived. I waited in the lobby, and once my car was taken in, the estimated time was spot on! When I got to my car, I was a little annoyed that my seat and mirrors were moved, as I'm very tall, and could not get into the drivers seat until I moved it back. There was also a change in the digital dashboard that I had to open my manual to figure out how to reset and see my speed! But these where minor things... I shall be curious to see how the service differs next year when I'm no longer under warranty.

I bought my hybrid accord brand new. I got 100K miles now and not a single problem and I'm getting 47mpg. I work for a dealership and out of every sedan it's size nothing feels better to drive.

Car fixed in reasonable time but from when a text was sent that car was all OK. 45min later I went to check if it was done. PS. NO one came to get us tolet us know it was ready & that's 3/4 hr after car was complet.Poor on that part. This is 3 trips on dash problem & 2 last trips is things not connected. With 40-48 mpg around town and close to 40 mpg on the highway, we have saved several thousand dollars on gas by trading our Odyssey for this CRV-hybrid. It can carry a lot of baggage and is really comfortable on long trips. Great heating and cooling system, top-notch reliability with low maintenance costs. Our other car is a 2014 CR-Z hybrid, and we've owned 8 Hondas to date.

The actual bill was 80 percent higher than the estimate due to a 200 dollar add on for “diagnose issue”. The passage seat motor was not working what is there to diagnose? Otherwise - service was great and everyone was very responsive.

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.
