Faulkner Subaru of Mechanicsburg review
I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service at Faulkner Subaru in Mechanicsburg. While I have not been entirely happy with our Subaru Outback, the outstanding customer service here is truly making me reconsider keeping the SUV. I brought my vehicle in with a check engine light and several other issues. I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the Service Manager, Michael, and my advisor, Ashley. They went above and beyond by ensuring the repairs were covered under warranty and pushing to get the work completed on time. Ashley kept me updated throughout the day, even sharing a video from the technician, Josh, who clearly explained the diagnosis and repair plan. This experience clearly highlights the excellent service culture Michael has established. Please pass along my gratitude to the team for a job well done.

We test drove the Camry and the Sonata as well but preferred the interior of the Accord. Quiet, comfortable ride. Lots of nice features. We have 2008 Accord with 175K miles and counting. 2023 Toyota Venza review
Overall a great vehicle. I recommend sitting in the front passenger seat before buying. If you are 5'8" or more you will hit your head getting in and out as seat is high and can not be adjusted on the XLE model.

Autohaus Lancaster, Inc. review
I bought an RS3 from Hernan Diaz-Egg and it was easily the smoothest car-buying experience I've ever had. From the first phone call, he was receptive to exactly what I was looking for and didn't waste a minute of my time. No runaround, no games, no pressure. He was honest and showed real professionalism from start to finish. The whole transaction moved faster than I thought possible. If you're shopping and you want someone who respects your time and knows the product, ask for Hernan. Highly recommend.

Autohaus Lancaster, Inc. review
I just by chance just got connected to Hernan Diaz- Egg, H for short, for the purposes of driving a 26 Q5. We set up an appointment. I liked the way the Q5 handledd but the exterior color was not my favorite. H is very professional and does not pressure you and he states "my job is to find you car that YOU want and not one that I want to sell you". He spent hours showing us various colors that were available and those at the port in Baltimore, but nothing got me excited. His patience is incredible and he did not give up in trying to match us up with the right car. I ended up purchasing a '26 SQ5 in Daytona Gray which he mentioned that was available. H is tuly a great person too and I consider him a friend who I have all my faith in. Contact if you are considering an Audi; you won't be sorry.

Auto Connection of LancasterReviews
Auto Connection of Lancaster review
I was looking for a slightly used Jeep Wrangler. I've seen Auto Connection and the sweet vehicles they had. Through an acquaintance, I was hooked up with Jeremy Horst who helped me trick out my new Jeep. I started with a base model 2018 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara JL—I was able to pick out my wheels and then Jeremy guided me with what lift and tires I should add. The entire process was seamless and was actually fun and exciting! Jeremy delivered on his word—a gorgeous Jeep! Thank you Jeremy for all your help and guidance. I would recommend Jeremy and Auto Connection if you are looking for a sweet ride!
2021 Toyota Camry review
I have 34K miles on my '21 Camry and have enjoyed every mile! Traveling from FL to MN and back every year, we get 39+ MPG at 75 MPH (who needs hybrid or electric). The 4 banger engine provides more than adequate power. The transmission is the only weak point - Probably the worst automatic trans I have ever owned. It hunts and shifts to a lower gear needlessly at just about any speed.

2023 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid review
I purchased my used 2023 rav4 hybrid XSE with 26k miles to replace my 2022 Rav4 SE. Beautiful panoramic sun roof, large infotainment system, cameras all around the exterior to help with parking along with parking sensors. So far i have only had to replace the tires & do the recommended maintenance. Maintenance cost thru my local Toyota dealer have been rather reasonable. My vehicle has been 100% reliable and i am very happy with the purchase that i made. The only downside is that Toyota connected services decided to not provide as a ala carte service option the remote status/car start option. I had that with the 2022. It was great to lock your doors, or unlock them, along with windows and car start. Now you have to bundle a service to get that option and it is pricey as you end up paying for a service you may not want, such as, their music service, or, their navigation service. Not a smart move on your post Toyota because your offering people to pay for services which we already have available to is like Pandora, Sirius xm, etc as well as google maps, Waze, etc. you need to come up with another idea to convince me to buy a package of service that would make things more "unique". Or, go back to the ala carte option for the remote connected service.

Heritage Toyota Harrisburg review
I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service Jay Chism provided during my recent vehicle purchase on 11/22/2025. From the very beginning, he made my wife and me feel prioritized and genuinely cared for, which is something we did not expect walking into a dealership. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond set the tone for a truly outstanding experience. Jay took the time to guide us through a process we weren’t familiar with, and he explained everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. He consistently checked in with us, made sure we understood every step, and ensured that we felt supported the entire way. His dedication to making the experience smooth and stress-free truly stood out. What impressed us most was the heart behind his service. Jay made it very clear through his actions and words that he approaches his job with sincerity and a desire to show people genuine kindness. It’s rare to meet someone in sales who is motivated by more than just the transaction, and Jay demonstrated that he genuinely cares about the people he works with and the families he helps. Overall, Jay provided a level of care, respect, and integrity that deserves recognition. He made a big step for our family to feel secure and meaningful, and we left the dealership feeling confident and grateful. Jay is an asset to your team, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for someone they can trust.

Wissler Motors review
We researched vehicles online and decided to visit Wissler Motors for a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. Tyler Ashley greeted us on the lot. He was very informative and accommodating even though we did not commit to a purchase that day. He promoted the benefits of purchasing a vehicle through Wissler ( Family owned, Quality vehicle selection, Inspections, car washes.. and many others). We went to other car sales lots to see other vehicle options that were available. Our decision to go back to Wissler was due to Tyler's promotion of the quality ,Services , the benefits Wissler offers and our vehicle pricing.

I would recommend this car for a single individual, maybe as a commuter or a teenage driver. I wouldn’t recommend for growing families. Four adults will not fit comfortably, it’s just too small. I wish I would have got the CX-70 but they’re just too expensive.

What can I say besides that I am very pleased with the service I received here!! PHENOMENAL STAFF. If I needed to buy another car tomorrow, I would go here immediately even though it's an hour drive from my house. Now, I know what you might be curious, why such a glowing review...well here is my background. This is the third car I have purchased in the span of 3 years (it's okay to Judge, I know I am a mess). I bought my first two cars at "no haggle" car dealerships in the Exton/Downingtown area. While I loved those vehicles, the experience I had with my salesmen at those dealerships was stress inducing and frustrating. You may be familiar with this feeling. Stepping into a dealership and feeling like vulnerable prey in the middle of a jungle of hungry predators. This was NOT AT ALL the case with the folks at Morgan Automotive. Bottom line, they cared. Not about selling and pushing me into buying a car that I wasn't sure if I wanted. They cared about me, and whether or not their vehicle options fit what I was looking for. I am a 22-year-old woman and I am weary business professionals that use lying as a sales tactic. Questionable morals are not something to fear from the staff at Morgan Automotive. I directly worked with Mark Brullo to purchase my vehicle but enjoyed meeting many other friendly staff members during my visit. Mark went the extra mile to help me receive the best financing possible with my unique financial situation and went to the trouble of calling MANY credit unions until someone could meet my needs. Buying my car from Mark felt like buying a car from a family member. His patience and understanding of what I needed is unmatched. PLEASE don’t miss the opportunity to buy a car from this group, you will not be disappointed.

Granted, I've driven less than 400 miles and I love it. The safety features, moonroof, A/C, audio system, appearance, headlights, all scream, "this is nice"! I don't regret purchasing this.

Great experience from beginning to the end. My salesperson Yass listened carefully to what I was looking for, showed me several options within my price range, and answered all my questions about the features and financing. They also kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was ready for a smooth pickup. The customer service was excellent from beginning to end!

Faulkner Subaru of Mechanicsburg review
From initial contacts to a ‘hit’ on a choice ‘21 Forester Sport to our purchase of same, our dealings with Faulkner Subaru Mechanicsburg have been nothing short of fantastic! Their entire team, from Receptionist to Sales (Danielle Rhodes was GREAT!), to Finance to Management - all were accommodating, respectful, and very informative. We never felt ‘pushed’. Having purchased 15 cars over 53 years, and me having worked for a while in automotive sales, we know a bit about car dealerships good and bad. This was our best car buying experience ever! Faulkner Subaru Mechanicsburg offers great cars, competitively priced, that are backed by a team of professionals that are pleasant to do business with! We highly recommend Faulkner Subaru Mechanicsburg for your next automotive purchase! Ask for Danielle - you’ll be in good hands!
2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid review
2024 RAV4 Hybrid XSE model is a great choice - interior road noise & front seats that do not glide back enough are my ‘wish I would have paid attention to’ regrets. If passengers are over 6’2” with long legs, they do not fit in the front seat comfortably & many times I feel like an Uber driver with them choosing the back seat when going distances. Hybrids make a lot of noise when backing up which can turn heads - this is normal so don’t be alarmed. Gas mileage is terrific & its sporty exterior is over the top. I do love it & recommend it if not concerned about the cons I have mentioned.

2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid review
I have had several CRVs. I bought this one new in 2022 and love the mileage, the reliability and the look is good too for an economical SUV. My only complaint is that this hybrid does not have a spare tire and I am prone to flats so I was compelled to buy a tire and jack and put it in the back storage area which takes up considerable space. I am not willing to be out after hours with a flat only to have my AAA come and tow it due to not having a tire to put on the vehicle. My next CRV will not be a hybrid because of this issue. I can also say that my mileage has been reduced about 10 mpg after moving from the midwest to south Florida. I can only attribute this to having to use the AC on every trip since the climate is so hot and that is a bit of a disappointment. I used to get right at 40 or more mpg and now get around 30 mpg since the move. I am also glad to see the newer models got rid of the push button shift. It is very annoying in a drive through car wash because pushing the button into drive will not work unless you brake first and with a car directly behind you, it can be a dangerous situation to brake when a car is moving so close behind. My next CRV will have a spare tire and a gear shift in it! But otherwise my Honda has been a winner.

2025 Hyundai TUCSON Hybrid review
Great everyday ride. Not a sports car by any means but has features that no other suv in its size and price can match. Leather seats are uninspiring - suggest they go synthetic with a nicer look and feel. Acceleration of hybrid is very good and appreciate no CVT tranny - prefer the traditional 6speed and front/back drive with no electric motor separately motoring the rear. This is my wife’s car and 2nd in 2 years - upgraded to the hybrid limited because the base engine is a dog and gets terrible mpg.

I always cringe when shopping for a vehicle, but then I met Mr. Tyler Ashley. He simplified the process for us and made the entire experience enjoyable. Instead of talking garbage to make the sale and get his commission, he is a rare breed. This man actually cares about your questions, concerns, and needs. You will notice this right after your first moment in his presence. Tyler is truly a refreshing new dawn in the industry. His knowledge and attitude is exemplary, his personality is uplifting, and he changes your entire opinion of the whole process. He "goes to bat" for your concerns and is completely honest with you at all times. If it can be done, he will do it. If it can't, he will also keep you closely advised. I have bought several cars from this dealership in the past, and people like Tyler just secured my future business as well. Word of mouth goes a long way in this world, and I will certainly recommend Tyler and the dealership to anyone I know that is looking to purchase another vehicle. He is truly an asset to the company and they are extremely lucky to have a man of superior caliber on their team. For the first time EVER, I enjoyed this process and will certainly be back again for all my service and parts needs, as well as ALL future vehicle purchases. THANK YOU TYLER FOR MAKING A DIFFERENCE ! I purchased my 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe limited hybrid in May of 2026. I traded in my Volkswagen Atlas cross sport. The Volkswagen I was getting about 16 miles per gallon the Hyundai getting about 34. The interior space is comparable. The technology is much better on the Santa Fe there's a lot of bells and whistles. The interior is very comfortable I take it on long trips and I find it very comfortable for me and my family.

Faulkner Subaru of Mechanicsburg review
We bought a Certified Pre-Owed Outback. The price was reasonable (though we wanted more reasonable). We managed a fair price that included the CPO Wrap warranty at a fair price and a few accessories no additional charge. After the purchase I realized there was no owners manual and or sales person got me a full set of owners manual’s and warranty books for our exact model and year. The whole reason we ended up with that car was because our salesperson, Courtney, had followed up with me and notified me about this particular vehicle becoming available. Great work on her part! Overall I find the experience with this dealership to be positive. Everyone seems genuinely interested in the customer and making it a good experience.
2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid review
Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

Great in mileage. Looks great. Performance is amazing. I don't like the fact that you can't use GPS, remote start, location finding, etc without subscribing monthly. Also dont like Toyota's spying, as they actually say they will supply all of your driving info like speeds, stopping, behaviors, locations travelled to, driving habits, etc. to all law enforcement and all insurance companies that request the data. That is just plain "1984" control and interference with privacy. They might as well be the CCP or other dictatorship.

I was looking for a used van for well over a month and visited several dealerships and received what I considered the run around from their sales departments (we will look around to find a van and call you - never received a callback from them.) I was ready to give up until spring when I located a van on the internet at Wissler Motors . I called the next morning and Tyler Ashley answered and told me the vehicle was at another location but if I wanted to see and test drive it he would go and bring it back to the dealership. Tyler did not pressure my wife or I and was very courteous and informative making the whole experience enjoyable. The van was just what we were looking for and we made the purchase. I would definitely recommend Tyler Ashley and Wissler Motors to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience while auto shopping. Tyler is the most sincere and honest salesperson who wanted to make sure I was happy before my purchase. THUMBS UP for Tyler and Wissler Motors !
2023 Jeep Wrangler 4xe review
Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

2024 Honda Accord Hybrid review
Very nice car. My previous was a 2020 Accord. This hybrid Accord Sport L is way better. Do not get me wrong. The 2020 is a very good car. Someone is quite happy with it, no doubts. I recommend buying a spare. I chose Modern Spare. Spendy. Great quality. Hope I never use it. The spare fits underneath the trunk where the inflator is. Just remove the foam. Comes with everything you need plus a threaded plate to secure it. All fits in and around the spare. Plus, I got jumper cables in there. We think the car is quiet. I notice others think not. Plenty of power. Mileage I have gotten is much better than what it is rated at. Love the paddles. Fake down shifters. Much less use of brakes for lights and stop signs. Planning to keep this car for quite awhile.

I stopped by on my way home from work because an indicator light had come on. Even though it was about 30 minutes before the service department was going to close, they took the car in, researched and diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and I was on my way. Granted, a more serious problem would have meant that the car would have had to stay overnight... but all worked out fine. Good service, friendly crew - what more could I want?
