Nissan Kia of Middletown review
I brought my 2020 Telluride in for recall work. The experience was excellent, from booking the appointment, to picking the car up. I dropped my car off the night before my appointment and the drop box was easy to use. The service department called me mid-morning to let me know they had the car in and when I could pick it up. When I got there, the car was ready, they had also done the inspection, which I had forgot was due, AND they had washed the car. Everyone I spoke with, whether on the phone or in person, was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Kia of Middletown!

I had a great experience working with Gerry and the team that supports him. My wife and I were looking for specific things in a vehicle and Gerry Gave us very good advice to help us make an even better decision. We never felt like we were being pushed into anything, and even though this dealership is a little far away from where we live, it was well worth it.

Dutchess Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Kia review
Super happy! Bought a 2025 Jeep Gladiator from Dutchess last week and this dealership did everything they could to get me in the exact vehicle I set me mind on and they were absolutely successful in doing so. I particularly like that nothing feels like a secret at this dealer and I felt in the loop about every little detail. I will be sending friends and family to you!! Thank you Dutchess team and enjoy your Holidays!

So far, I really like this car. Only 2 things come to mind in the negative area. No heads-up display is offered and the warrantee could be longer. Other than that, it is a pleasure owning this car.

Dutchess Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Kia review
I had a great experience with Dutchess Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made the process feel pressured or rushed. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without trying to upsell unnecessary extras. The inventory was solid, with a good selection of new and used vehicles, and everything I looked at was clean and well-maintained. The sales team was transparent about pricing and financing options, which made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. What stood out most was the customer service. Communication was clear, and they followed up without being pushy. Even after the purchase, they made sure everything was going smoothly and that I was satisfied with my vehicle. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Dutchess Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Kia if you’re looking for a hassle-free car buying experience with a team that treats you with respect!

Route 9 Mazda review
Update: After a bumpy start, Mike Smith, the General Sales Manager went above and beyond to fix some problems I encountered. I'm very grateful to him for how he handled the situation. He made it very clear that he would take care of the issues that happened and make necessary changes. I have to give credit where credit is due. All issues have been resolved and Route 9 Mazda even went a little further to insure customer support.
2026 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid review
I have owned two Mazdas in the past so I thought I would look at a third. I wanted a hybrid this time, so knowing that Mazda hasn't really gotten into the hybrid game I was skeptical with the CX50 hybrid. I did alot of online, and magazine article research on this vehicle as well as others. There are a number of options out there, but what sold me on the CX50 is that 1) The other Mazdas I have owned were extremely reliable, 2} The CX50 has the same fourth (I believe it's the fourth) generation Toyota 2.5 liter hybrid engine and e-cvt transmission that was used in the RAV 4 which is highly rated and 3) Mazda just knows how to make a extremely engaging fun to drive vehicle than most. As most vehicles go, this one isn't perfect. I have noticed the road noise is worse than the CX5 I used to have. It's not terrible by any means, just more noticable. I know there are tires out there that are quieter but that's not something I'm willing to do until it's time to replace them. The other thing is I hate the cupholders being in the front, in front of the gear shift. The only other thing (and I've heard people say if you have been a Mazda owner it's annoying to what you're used to, if you've been a Toyota owner it sound normal) and that is the engine drone sound at higher needed speed like entering a highway or passing someone. All of these are things I can live with and I have absolutely have no regrets with this purchase. Bottom line, if you want the interior and exterior quality and engaging driving experience that Mazda gives you and an extremely proven reliable hybrid engine that Toyota gives you...you have the perfect marriage.

Romeo KiaReviews
Romeo Kia review
I used to be a sales person for more than 3 years. Even with everything I know, I'm still not a fan of purchasing cars. With that said, Michael Agar was very knowledgeable with his products and made the procedure very easy (made me wonder if it was just my dealership that made things so time consuming). I wasn't there for too long, everything was presented clear and easy to understand. Jakob DiNonno was the Business Manager who took care of everything else. Very professional and great to deal with. I met with the Manager (i believe was Joe) who wanted to make sure Michael and everyone at the Romeo dealer took care of me which they did. Thank you for your assistance with my purchase and hope to see you all soon!

Route 9 MazdaReviews
Route 9 Mazda review
My wife and I drove on the lot of Rt 9 Mazda and started looking at the inventory of the Mazda CX-5's, our car of interest. Very shortly, we were greeted by Dan Santiago. He was not only very friendly, but very knowledgeable as well. His dealership had an excellent inventory selection, and we found the exact car we researched. We were prepared to go "shopping", but that wasn't necessary, as Dan and his crew made our car-buying a pleasure. They gave us a fair price for our trade, which we had researched, and the monthly lease payment was among the most competitive we saw advertised. The CX-5 is a terrific car. I would highly recommend the car and the dealership.
2026 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid review
So far no problems with this vehicle other than the plastic side trim piece on the door is starting to come off. That I’m sure is an easy fix. Everything works perfectly the new and improved Bluetooth connectivity is nice, the heated seats work fine and no problem with the panoramic moon roof.
