Best experience ever in buying a vehicle! To start with I was interested in a truck at the Fon Du Lac dealership and after texted them my interest I received a call within an hour. I told her (forgot name) I lived in Minocqua so she kindly said they could transfer it up here if I put down a minimal down payment. Within days it was delivered here at the Minocqua dealership. From this point on I had the pleasure of dealing with Ansen who was very professional, informative, courteous, and patient with me (I am extremely hard of hearing). As I was in the process of selling my personal vehical he put a two week hold on there vehicle which I can’t thank The Lenz dealership enough for doing that. They even went further as my bank put a 7 business day hold on the check I received for my vehicle and let me take the vehicle with a post dated check. Thank you Ansen and Lenz Truck for making my buying experience so GREAT!

I was heading home on a Sunday morning from vacation, when my Jeep wouldn't shift into 2nd gear. I live in Milwaukee, and had to leave it at the Eagle River Dodge dealership. I worked with Ed and Bill at the dealership who truly made this a seamless process for me. Especially, since I live five hours away. Over a weeks time I was in contact with Ed and Bill. Any phone call or text I would send they would get back to me immediately with and answer or solution. Both Ed and Bill truly understand what good customer service is. By far the best experience I've had when it comes to dealing with any dealership. I wish this dealership was in my backyard, and not so far away.
