I would like to thank Adel Mohammed Product Specialist at Irwin Automotive Group for his assistance on the purchase of my new ford truck. Adel cares about his customers, he is a no pressure salesmen and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. The only downfall to my experince was the wait time for financing I had to wait over an hour and a half for the finance director Adam Hoyt to sit with me. This was too long considering I had already had an appointment set up. Adel asked multiple times to get me in with him, while I waited.

After working thru the sales details with Mark Faro online, we were turned over to Seamus Mcnally, "The Guy with the Bow Tie", to manage the sales process. Seamus was spot-on professional, engaging, locked down from a process perspective....one really couldn't find a more accommodating, customer focused representative of Irwin Toyota. I purchased a 2025 4Runner TRD Pro and only in a few hundred miles I love it. I had a few 5th generation 4Runners and they were great. But this is a whole new level with the 6th generation. Great ride, comfort, technology, and capabilities is unmatched by the previous generations. The only thing I don't was the price tag. But personally, I would do it again.

I had an exceptional experience at Irwins Automotive Group in Laconia NH, all thanks to Scott "Chevy" Chavanelle. I was not looking forward to the car buying process at all, but "Chevy" made it completely stress-free. Scott listened and was very professional, never making me feel pressured into a sale. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.. I flew 1600 miles from Omaha to buy a car from Scott Chavenelle and couldn't be happier.. In and out in 2 hrs, no pressure upsells, everyone was very helpful.. definitely worth making the trip.

This is a great car. The hybrid drivetrain has already saved me over 30% on gas in a few months of ownership. With the xle model I purchased I have noticed the sound dampening is not as good as my older model 2013 rav4 non hybrid but with no engine noise either makes the outside noise more noticeable. The seating space up front is a little more tighter but not bad. My one gripe is the gas pedal is hinged to the floor so the floor mats do not go all the way to the top and leave the carpet exposed. I would still 100% recommend the car. Just watch out for some dealerships who are just out to make your purchase difficult.

I love my new Prius. It is elegant in appearance, fun to drive, and easy to plug in and recharge. Since I began charging it I haven't used any gas. I love the safety features.

Love the Infotainment system. Easy to navigate. Great looking car. Rides nice and is quiet. The limited trim has what you need and more. I am happy with the hybrid model. Highly recommend.

I’m very pleased with my Highlander Hybrid. My driving skills have improved due to all the technology that “speaks” to me as I drive. I feel safe on the road that contains so many large trucks. I get between 34-35 mpg. Not only have I easily packed my Mom’s wheelchair and other medical equipment, plus family luggage, there’s been plenty of room for a small circular oak table & 4 chairs!! The Highlander is , by far, the best car I’ve owned!

It’s kind of funny. It’s a Corolla Hybrid, but looks so sporty that I find a lot of people look to race me when the light turns green…it’s a Corolla, and it’s not quick…at all. But, that’s a testament to its appearance. It’s very nice looking in the SE trim. The performance and CVT are prohibitive to excitement, but it is economical and adequate for normal city and highway driving. The road noise is pretty bad, but the suspension supple and it absorbs road imperfections well. The seats in front and the rear are comfortable. It does lack storage space as well. The glove box is basically just big enough to hold your registration. The center console is very small as well. The base sound system is its biggest flaw. It is terrible. I don’t know if the upgraded stereo is much better or worth the upgrade, but with as much road noise as there is, a better/louder stereo is needed to hear the music and drown out the other noise. I am averaging about 44-45 MPG in the AWD SE Hybrid.

Tried to talk to A Sales person about and Cross Treck and received poor response; none were available to look at and it was difficult to talk about a new vehicle purchase. Frankly, with the sales persons at Belknap Subaru, I wonder if they sell any at all!

Rich Hastings at Lovering, Meredith, has over 20 years experience selling Volvos. This is our second volvo purchase with his guidance. He is the best. We could have gone anywhere but his knowledge and honesty always bring us back to the Meredith dealership. He located the car I was interested in and gave us time to consider all our options. I recently bought a 2024 Crown Platinum and I love the car. I've owned an Infiniti Q and a Lexus LS, and I rank this car above both. The 340 HP (only in the Platinum edition) is incredibly fun to drive. The AWD makes the car handle beautifully well. All the bells and whistles that are standard with the Platinum edition (heated and cooled seats, heated steering wheel, etc.) work wonderfully and are designed intuitively. The 32 mpg is unbelievable on a car this big. The entertainment system is excellent.

Great redesign. Much roomier interior. I have the gas hybrid and gas mileage is great. The only complaint I have is the middle console. The material used scratches easily and shows fingerprints as well.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

This is my 3rd RAV4 Hybrid XLE It's a well made vehicle. Reliable. Comfortable. Efficient. Quiet It has all the comfort features I consider necessary.
