I had an accident with my car and went to Mitsubishi to see if I could continue driving my car till I could get it repaired. The staff was exceptional with me and were completely honest on the status of the car. Kerina, the office manager, practically held my hand throughout the entire process. She drove me to the car rental location and waited with me until I was finished and followed me back their dealership. She had my car taken to the repair shop and helped us through that process as well. We decided to buy another car and had an excellent experience with Will. He knew how much I loved that car and he found us one that was exactly the same. Will even went so far as to retrieve all the articles that were in our damaged car that was at the repair shop. He had all the paperwork ready for us when we finished work. Your staff was amazing!!!! I truly appreciate their empathy for my situation and their dedication to guaranteeing our satisfaction. Ninety-five percent of the cars on the lot are rebuilt, with prices that reflect that. The quality of the mechanical work is excellent. Our salesman, Brad, was helpful and knowledgeable. They submit your credit app to multiple lenders, so that there is competition. Ended up with the car we wanted at a good price and a very competitive rate. Only false note was offering an after-market warranty that has a poor online reputation. Made things as easy as they could be. Willing to show us cars that hadn't been rebuilt yet, in case we were interested and willing to wait, rather than pushing us to take something off the lot immediately. Car came with a decent set of tires, too.

Smooth drive & handling. Very comfortable-roomy. large trunk rear cupholders 3 USB ports. Great speakers for music lover local 8 mile daily commute. Great mileage. Keyless entry.

This is the way to buy a car. Josh was prompt and regular with e-mail communication. Process was completely transparent with before and after photos freely shown. When we came for test drive, the key was given freely without any sales pressure. We knew we wanted to buy, and the whole process of closing the deal took 45 minutes. Impressive showroom for a used car dealer, to boot.

I bought a used 2018 touring edition. This is my first non-Big 3 vehicle and first hybrid. It has a bit of a learning curve but overall I am pleased with my purchase. I'm able to drive in electric mode most of the time. It has lots of interior room and trunk space. It's not sporty, you can feel it's a heavy car when driving through curves etc. A few foibles. The low tire pressure warning doesn't indicate which tire is low and has to be reset after filling. Inexcusable, I have 2012 cars that indicate the tire and don't have to be reset. You have to pay attention to the drive mode, it defaults to EV which is great unless you're on a long trip. You do not want to let the charge get to zero which is easy to do if you stop on the interstate and forget to switch it back to HV mode. Once it hits zero it no longer charges the battery with regenerative braking, weird. Again, overall I'm happy with the car and would buy it again.

I was looking for a vehicle and used cars.com which found Marty’s. I emailed about a vehicle within a day I had a response about its availability. I only didn’t follow through because I changed my mind about buy a vehicle at this time.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

I absolutely love this car. I traded my 2023 Subaru Outback Touring XT for this 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. I absolutely love the way it drives. I have had hybrids before from Toyota and they drive like you know they are a hybrid with noisy obnoxious engines. This car is smooth and has great road manners. It isn't a sports car by any means, but I love the way it drives. It is not your typical fuel sipping hybrid SUV. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

If you are looking for great Hybrid mileage, this car will be a disappointment, but if you will settle for better-than-average overall mileage, it is a great car. I love the safety features that come standard with the Blue Hybrid and love that it doesn't stop and start at traffic lights! It runs smoothly and has plenty of power for me. I am happy with it despite the disappointing highway mileage (I'm not on the highway often).

The sales staff was very informative and helpful, without being pushy. I appreciated their assistance purchasing a 2024 Mirage SE.

We had a totally electric Mustang Mach E which we traded for this car since the range and infrastructure both were not ideal. The Toyota RAV4 Prime is the best of both worlds since it is a plug-in hybrid and is the car I should have purchased originally. It gets between 44 - 50 miles on totally electric charge (for around home) and about 500 miles on a fill up of the gas tank (hybrid used on the highway). Pricing was NOT ideal as they added a "Market Adjustment" to the price so it was above MSRP.

Highlander Hybrid is what I went to buy in May 2025. I now have 7,000 miles on it, both a 1800 mile highway trip plus lots of driving in my area. I am pleased with my purchase and with Toyota of Plano.

This is my 3rd RAV4 Hybrid XLE It's a well made vehicle. Reliable. Comfortable. Efficient. Quiet It has all the comfort features I consider necessary.

I bought a 2023 and I love the style inside and out. I love the ride, comfort and the features. I love the city mileage but what I don't like is the highway mileage average of about 28 mpg about 10 mpg less than advertised. Multiple times I even drove 20 mph less than the speed limit on the hightway could only get the to 30 mpg. My daughters 22 regular tucson I get 37 mpg. What is going oh here!

My Insight EX 2022 is economical , comfortable and IMHO pretty. Now that late May is here (NJ) I’ve averaged 57 mpg in last 4 weeks. Winter is only 51 mpg. Bought in October 2021 and I average 625 miles per month, which means I fill up once per month! And always less than $30. I use the regenerative braking paddles as much as possible, only wish there was a third or fourth setting to bring to an almost complete stop stop, brake pads would last forever!, as I drive not much I’m averaging 11 months per oil change. I highly recommend this vehicle except if your commute is very hilly/ mountains. Much engine roar on big hills. Here in NJ not many of those. I’m 67 y.o. and do love to hypermile I do drive like the grandpa that I am!

I bought my hybrid accord brand new. I got 100K miles now and not a single problem and I'm getting 47mpg. I work for a dealership and out of every sedan it's size nothing feels better to drive.

Extremely stable and smooth ride. Good sound system. Ready availability of dealers, service, parts, etc.. Quite comfortable seating. Very extensive owner's manual. Very effective safety features.

I had never heard of the Honda Insight, but due to a change in job location, I have a longer commute...unfortunately, the price of gas has increased and I felt the mpg of my current vehicle wouldn’t make sense so I went into a local dealer and I was introduced to a Honda Insight...great mpg and value

With 40-48 mpg around town and close to 40 mpg on the highway, we have saved several thousand dollars on gas by trading our Odyssey for this CRV-hybrid. It can carry a lot of baggage and is really comfortable on long trips. Great heating and cooling system, top-notch reliability with low maintenance costs. Our other car is a 2014 CR-Z hybrid, and we've owned 8 Hondas to date.
