Arianna Sandoval the Service Advisor and everyone I encountered when I arrived made this experience worthy of a 5-star rating. I was running late for my 7am appointment and dealing with a tire with low air pressure. I arrived 10 minutes late. I called the service department close to 7, to let them know I was running late but I was on my way. I left a voice message. I was greeted by a woman the second I arrived, I told her I was late (I hate being late for anything), she was understanding and told me it wasn't a problem at all. She left to get my service advisor. Arianna walked up, introduced herself and was very welcoming and she reassured me that even though I arrived late that they would still service the car. I explained to her that my TPMS light was on and that I stopped to put air in the tire. She said they'll check it out during the service. She walked me to her desk and while she was checking me in she noticed I had the tire warranty and that if there is anything in the tire and it had to be patched, my warranty would cover the service charge for it. I felt that not only did she hear me, but she followed through by seeing that I had a tire warranty. While I waited for the service to be completed, Arianna kept me up to date on the progress. One more thing, after I checked in and sat in the waiting area I noticed someone from the service department had sent me a text message letting me know they heard my voice message and let my service advisor know I was running late. This service department is not like others I've encountered in town and I appreciate they're not.

We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.

Maintenance done quickly. Technician told me I have a potential problem. I will arrange repairs soon.

Great buying experience. Got exact model I wanted with exact.options I wanted for a great.price. Dealership and salesman (Marcus) were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure. The car is.awesome.

We bought a new vehicle here after several unsuccessful attempts by the service department to fix an emissions issue with our previous vehicle. Management provided excellent customer service and took care of us. The product specialist (salesman) Paul was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Purchase process was relatively quick and painless. And even though our experience was not exactly what we had hoped, we felt AutoNation Honda did right by us. We will be back for our next vehicle.

The 25 Honda Civic Hatchback Hybrid Sport offers great driver safety features because of the collision alert and lane changing alerts. The driver's seat is easy to adjust because of the auto features. On the Sport mode side...it is great to be able to activate it so it makes braking smoother and it charges the battery faster.

When it took longer than they anticipated, I did get a loaner for the weekend, which was nice

Marland Saul of ‘Volvo Cars of Tucson’, is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. We are from Alaska and were shopping for late model vehicles out of state for better selection and a possible road trip adventure home. Starting with Email then phone inquiries regarding used late model XC-90s, Marland kept us informed of current and incoming inventory, without the pressure that many dealers are using during the Covid Pandemic. Example: “this won’t be here long, you better put a deposit down now.” We made appointment to visit him and test drive vehicles while Tucson. My wife and her mother, also looking for future vehicle, spent an afternoon with him driving 3 different vehicles and getting educated about the product line. On a different day together we spent another afternoon with him driving different vehicles and further getting educated. Marland actually made us feel like what he wanted to do that day was help us decide on the right vehicle for us. His knowledge of the vehicle line is complete and refreshing. We never felt the stereotypical ‘Car salesman pressure’. There was no pressure to include dealer “AddOns”. At the end of the afternoon we decided We needed to special order the exact Car we wanted for maximum long term value and satisfaction. We decided to have the vehicle delivered to Alaska instead of picking it up in Tucson. It may have been simpler to take all the Info Marland shared with us and just order it from the local dealer. Without even considering that we were so appreciative of Marland’s help that of course we ordered it through him, and will encourage anyone looking for a Volvo to contact Marland Saul at Volvo Cars of Tucson. After the sale we received regular email communications regarding build and delivery status of the Vehicle. When we pulled into Tucson a few weeks ago from Ohio on an Friday our brakes begin to fail. I called them and they told me their service schedule was booked for the next three weeks but to drop the car off on Monday and they would work it into their schedule since it was a safety issue. By Tuesday they had it fixed under warranty and also did a full safety check I could not have been happier with their responsiveness, kindness, and professionalism.
