I went in yesterday to purchase a used car after doing a preapproval application. I wanted to see 5 cars so I knew it might be time consuming but I was actually wrong. They gave me Ros as my salesman and he quickly led me to each car. He was very efficient, while I looked at one he would get the next one open and ready to view. He had great knowledge between the difference in cars as well. He was wonderful at accommodating myself and my husband but what impressed me the most is what happened after my purchase. When we arrived home my husband realized he had lost his wallet. Ros went to great lengths to painstakingly recheck each car and all our footsteps during our visit. He called several times with an update as well. We did end up finding the wallet and we are very happy. Our salesman was amazing, wonderful experience, way to go above and beyond each step of the way. We are both currently carmax customers and they now have earned our business for each future car as well as recommendations to anyone we know! This is my second visit for service at Tim Moran Hyundai in Hemet. We have an Ioniq (all electric vehicle) and it requires minimal maintenance, however, when we do have to take it in, it has been a pleasure to take it to this dealership. They really care and do their best to make the overall experience seamless and pleasant. They communicate clearly and tell you everything up front. Yesterday, I mentioned that it would be ideal if I could get out of there by 11am so that my husband could use the car to go to work, and they managed to get me out of there in time. I really appreciate that. They also have fast-chargers, reasonable prices, and a nice waiting area with several types of coffee and tea options, as well as vending machines, and a bakery vendor who had healthy choices available, too. Very nice!
