I don’t write many reviews but I felt one employee deserved to be recognized. Celenne M, the Title Clerk. After leasing a car from another Gettel location more than two months ago, she inherited my problems. The title, tags and registration had to be transferred from another state. Additionally, I had numerous changes in paperwork to do and temporary tags to change out. It has been a frustrating situation. And took a lot of work. I've had Santa Fe 2015 for 10 years now. Last week my mom went on a long 4 hour drive trip. There was a big dumb on the ground and she fell on it. The car was flipped 6 times but guess what? I videocalled my mom in an hour and she was fine with just a bruise on her wrist. Imagine keep flipping 6 times and not having a scratch. This car saved my mom's life.

Great car for the money
If you are looking for a vehicle that is reliable and worth your money, this is the one. We purchased the Limited Ultimate, AWD, and it has not disappointed. It has versatility, since my wife is a home health nurse, and it is small enough to give us the ability to fit in tight spaces. We do have the third row option with the power tailgate and pano sunroof. That is my wife's favorite part, besides the blue tooth option which was non-negotiable for her. We are satisfied and feel that we will be having this car for many years to come.
