Mr. Cabreja was professional when we got upset that the vehicle we wanted to purchase was sold and tried to advise us that he was willing to assist us to find the vehicle we wanted. He did find the vehicle and a couple of days later we drove it home. He was attentive to our needs and very caring, as if, he was a family member.

I worked with Shannon at Millenium Hyundai and she was fantastic to deal with. I was undecided between the Palisade, Santa Fe and Tuscon. We help me test drive each and then when to a sister dealership to pickup a car for my wife and I to look at. We didn't end up finding the right car but she made the entire experience pleasant and honest.

I purchased a Hyundai Tucson from Tesco. Hyundai. The experience was pleasant. They were not pushy. My sales agent, Micheal makes sure I was happy with selecting the vehicle I wanted And Micheal, the finance manager walk me through the process and make sure I was comfortable with the price I have to pay. Overall experience I would recommend this dealership for buying a car.

Kalen Antoine is an amazing salesperson for Millennium Hyundai. I came into Hyundai leaning towards purchasing a 2026 Kona. Kalen gave me all the facts and figures about the car and accommodated me choosing to wait and search other vehicles. After going to about every other dealership on Long Island, the service at Millennium swayed me to coming back and getting the Kona. Since my purchase Kalen has helped me a few times put on my custom plates, put on and take off my crossbar brackets and answer any technical questions I had about the system updates.

Thanks to the Sales Manager Rob- I purchased a Kona from the dealership in March. I had a complication from a car scent product with the visor and it already needed to be replaced. While the service team didn’t mention a labor fee for replacing the $325 Visor I had to purchase, Rob reviewed the quote they sent me and had the sales team cover the Labor fee. That’s above and beyond!

I had read a few negative reviews on Yelp, so I proceeded with caution. However, once I arrived and was greeted by salesman Mark Checki, I knew I was going to have a great experience as a customer. This was my first time buying a car, or visiting a dealership on my own. I called the day before to inquire about a used 2017 Genesis G80, and Mark answered all of my questions about the process quickly and in an simple-to-understand manner. When I arrived, he quickly got the keys for me to take a test drive where I immediately fell in love with the car. I knew I wanted to buy it, and I’m pretty sure he knew as well. He was very familiar with the vehicle and all of its features. It may have helped that I was buying outright, but he was able to expedite the process for me. While I went to go get a cashier’s check from Chase around the corner, he was able to speak with my insurance company, get the car washed, and prepare all of the DMV paperwork for me. All I had to do was read over the agreement and sign the paperwork. Mark is a world class salesman and an incredible guy overall. He’s a seasoned veteran in the business and he made my experience completely enjoyable and exciting. I drove off the lot in my car within 2 hours and it could’ve been quicker if we didn’t hit a speed bump with Progressive. Do not hesitate to buy from this dealership, and do yourself a favor and ask for Mark when you arrive. Thank you, Mark, and thank you, Liberty!

Hyundai City of Bay Ridge review
Shopping for a car can be a daunting process for some of us. Everyone I spoke with for advice said "go to New Jersey you get better deals." So off I went. One month in and no car. I decided to stay local and try to find a dealership and vehicle I was comfortable with. In fact, the dealership I ended up purchasing my car from was home grown in Brooklyn, at Hyundai City located at 9013 4th Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y. The sales Associate Joe Petrillo and sales Manager Scott Shannon were just great. All my questions and concerns were answered. Joe and Scott made the entire process a pleasure and actually a fun experience!. More importantly their commitment to satisfying me was amazing. Nick in after sales and everyone involved were very accommodating and helpful. If you are reading this, and you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, take my advice and give Hyundai City a try and ask for Joe and Scott. ***** DH
