Made first contact on line. Everything went smoothly. No dickering over price. Well in line with kbb???s price. The whole process took less than 3 hours from entering the door to driving out in my new Sonata. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
My brakes gave out on my 16-year-old Forester as I was leaving town and heading home--I was in Pittsburgh visiting my mother. I had been toying with the idea of buying a new Subaru, and the repair bill was what tipped me to making the purchase. At first no one would pay attention to me when I went down to the showroom, so I was watching TV and planning my car future when Greg Johnston came into the room to deliver keys to a new buyer and I engaged him in conversation. He was friendly and offered to help me then and there--even though it was near closing. I never felt rushed and he took the time to explain everything to me about the different models of Crosstrek. I came back Saturday morning and drove a new car home. I love it. Greg made the experience stress free. He had a sense of humor (even when I sort of gave him a hard time). Everything about the car was explained to me and I am planning on going back for a refresher course this week. Going from a 16 year old car to a brand new one is like going from a model T to a spaceship--and I'm no spring chicken! All salespeople should be as attentive and easy-going as Greg. I hope he's there in 16 years when I may be in the market for a new car. Until then, I can only refer my friends and family to him.
Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Only downside was having to wait for long periods of time for no reason. We were replacing our recently totaled 2016 Highlander with a 2017. Numbers were discussed and agreed on the day prior so that the next day would be hassle free and quick. Unfortunately, do to waiting for so long we were there for 3.5hrs.

I saw the sonata I was interested on their website. I went to the store which is only about 15 mins away from my house. I usually don't like the car process so I was hoping I didnt need to shop at several other dealers. The sales guy was extremly helpful and he knew so much about the car. I had lots of questions and he really knew the product well. I feel like I was well taken care of in the finance office too. The manager made me a good deal on a maintenance package and I was in and out. I've had the car now for a month and couldn't be happier. Where do I start, I came in with no intentions in buying a new car. I was getting my oil changed when a suave looking gentleman named Mike M came walking through the waiting lounge, I'll never forget the huge black rimmed glasses he was wearing I felt kind of bad for him. Mike came up to me and greeted me with a warm smile and a cup of coffee and told me if I had any questions on the all new Hyundai Elantra he would be happy to show me the vehicle. So I decided to have mike show me the Elantra and what a fantastic vehicle it was. I decided after the test drive Id see what the numbers looked like. The managers John and Bob worked out a great deal for me, the numbers were great and now I have a brand new 2014 elantra!!! Great service from Wright Hyundai!
Everything about Wright Hyundai was excellent. They are courteous and dealt with me in a professional manner and got me a deal. I told them exactly wanted I wanted for my trade in and what I wanted for my car payments and they DID IT!!!!! I would tell anyone to go there!
We had no intentions to buy a new Hyundai. However, after 3 hrs of painless, pleasant dealings, we left with a new Elantra. I have nothing but praise for our sales person Don Orr. I highly recommend Wright Hyundai to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle.
After visiting a few dealers and test driving some cars, we settled in at #1 Cochran Kia of Robinson which made us feel at home. From the very beginning, Ron Gardner and his associate Patti made us feel at home. Their knowledge of the vehicles was impressive. Both went out of their way to work with us on getting a car that met out needs and stay within our budget. Ron was very clear in presenting all available incentives that were being offered and even went a step beyond in getting us the price we were willing to pay. We ended up leasing a Cadenza that is just beautiful in all aspects from styling to performance and loaded options. This car buying experience was the best I've had in many years. I had a good experience at Northstar Chevrolet. I went in for an oil change, and a rubbing noise. They could not find the rubbing rubbing noise so the manager and the mechanic went with me for a test drive which then I did not hear the rubbing noise anymore so what they were doing must have fixed it.
