I purchased a Hyundai Tucson from Tesco. Hyundai. The experience was pleasant. They were not pushy. My sales agent, Micheal makes sure I was happy with selecting the vehicle I wanted And Micheal, the finance manager walk me through the process and make sure I was comfortable with the price I have to pay. Overall experience I would recommend this dealership for buying a car.

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

Sansone Rt 1 Auto Mall review
Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.
