Had a tough start with my purchases of the 2 cars I planned to purchase as salesperson Luis Moreta was very non responsive as time went on and numbers changed as far as my trade in values on my 2 cars. He started at one number and the next day that number went down when I asked for number to possibly go up. First time I?ve ever had that happen. So I was done dealing with him and was planning on going to another dealership. Then I figured I?d give them one more shot and Amy Rodrigue and Nancy Vega made my experience as I would have expected. They were super responsive and listened to me explain my issues with original salesperson. They made the purchases of 2 cars extremely easy and from start to finish everything was put together in just over 24hours. I had such great experience with salesman Kyle ! This individual went above and beyond from beginning to end ! Took the time to explain everything about my new Hyundai! This salesman was professional as well as courtesy and kind ! He went out of his way to pick me up , drive me to where AAA was towing my SUV as well as to bank ! I would like to thank him for his professionalism! The only issue I had was cleaning of the vehicle which I wasn’t satisfied ! Otherwise McGovern staff did a fantastic job ! Thank you again !

Overall a good experience. Pleasant people to talk with and the buying process was really simple and stress free. My only complaint was that the vehicle wasn't cleaned even though I had made an appointment a few days in advance. Would reccomend Carmax H'burg to others.
