This car has met my expectations 100%. In addition the dealership has been fantastic during the purchase and subsequent routine service visits. As a long time Ford owner I’ve discovered I can get everything I had in my previous cars, plus. My next car will be another Hyundai, and my dealership will be Shawnee Mission Hyundai.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Only car I drove before diving right in to a decision. Love the Hyundai cars. Tucson my
main choice. SUV is better than a sedan for me.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. This car has everything and more that I could possibly want especially the safety package. Very quiet ride and the blue link feature is great!
They offered us a $40.00 amazon gift card if we took a test drive, they said it would be emailed to us. We have not received it, I do not think they are going to send it to us.

I previously drove the 2006 Tucson and it gave me years of reliable service. The 2017 Tucson is a vastly improved model, with a much smoother ride and features like Bluetooth, charge ports for electronics, options for multiple radio stations and a one-touch system to raise and lower the back seats. The cargo space is much better and more spacious, although the overall dimensions of the car are roughly the same. I can put a piece of plywood in the back deck or comfortably transport five adults. I can split the seats and pack my skis and still have lots of room in the back seat.
We had been checking out cars for weeks and I was starting to think we would never find the car we wanted. When we walked into Sutton Acura it was a perfect fit. The salesman Mason was able to answer all of our questions and the Sales Manager Warren took the time to show us the vehicles clean CARFAX, in-house service records, and comparables for our trade-in. Most dealerships try to pressure you into making an emotional decision, but we asked lots of questions and in the end, the car and dealership sold itself. They even gave us a complimentary free first oil change/servicing and were able to give me a loaner vehicle even though I hadn't remembered to call ahead and reserve one. I'm blown away with the level of service and look forward to sending friends over to Warren and company for their next car purchase.

2 engine replacements in less than year and a half

This vehicle is a piece of junk do not buy. 2 engine replacements bad hoses and possibly the tranny going already. Only good thing is the free towing for 100k so you can drop this junker off at the nearest Hyundai for repairs.
If you need a car go to woody butts and ask for Kyle or Chris ! They are so serious about their job and they are going to make sure you drive off in a nice affordable car . My credit is HORRIBLE ♀️ But when everyone else says no , WOODY BUTTS SAYS YES ! I drove off with a 2016 Toyota Corolla with only 30,000 miles . I am so blessed to be able to meet these wonderful guys .

This is my second Hyundai. I owned it for fifteen years. Never had a problem just the maintenance. I love these cars. Everyone should own one.
