I had an excellent experience at this dealership! Though it took a few hours, which buying a car normally will, my sales person, Evans, made sure that I had snacks and water if I needed them. As a first time buyer, they helped me through the process and got me the best deal. I was able to go home with a brand new car! They explain everything so well. I purchased my car used. It was a trade-in to a Toyota dealer in San Antonio, Texas. It started off as a rental in Florida and I am the 3rd individual to own it. It has been an overall good car. But, the AC control knob that controls the fan speed has gotten stuck om low. I can still control the temp, but on cold mornings, it takes forever to defrost the windows, and om hot days, forever to cool the car. Also, there are times the screen that shows the back-up camera doesn't work. There are big-time blind spots with this car, so the camera is necessary. When the screen goes out, so does the radio. I am unable to turn it on, no volume, or changing stations. It's as if there is no radio at all. I thought at first I may need a new control knob, but now I am thinking there may be a wiring problem... such as a disconnect exfed or burned wire. I don't think it's a fuse. If so, it wouldn't work at all. Any suggestions?

They were great to work with, I tested an Explorer and it was very nice, but on a front wheel drive platform, and I needed an Expedition and they didn't have 1 at the time.

We have a 1.6T. It has all of the performance we need but turns into a 40+ mpg car on long trips. It is the ultimate GT car.

I own a 2014 Hyundai Veloster R-Spec. This car worked great for me in college, I maintained the car regularly and never had any engine issues. The car carried everything I needed for groceries and provided a great amount of space in the hatchback for such a small car. The car is fun and has great acceleration. I own the manual version of this car and I have never had any issues with the gears slipping or thumping. The best part of this car is the unique 3 door design that started a lot of cool conversations in college with my friends. It's the best of both worlds allowing people to get in the back without folding the seat down and not compromising in weight or style of this zippy little sports coupe.

it's quick, cheap, easy to work on, and handles great. the perfect entry-level hot hatch, or even sports car. don't go into this car expecting comfort or luxury, that's not what it's about.

Currently being a teen driver who takes his car to the track, and daily drives it, I can without a doubt say this is the best car I’ve driven. I have the veloster turbo, and have driven many sports cars and hatchbacks but all are either too performance based or too comfort based. The veloster is the sweet middle ground. The safety systems are amazing, with the forward collision warning saving me multiple times, especially with people in austin loving to brake check... this car on the performance side, held its ground against a Porsche 718 on track, and for less than 1/4 the price, id say it’s a pretty good deal! It’s also very friendly on gas, and maintenance is very well priced as well! Love this car and would definitely buy again

Quite possible one of the best driving cars i've ridden in. Sleek design, decent ft/lbs of torque, especially in the turbo model. The shifts are incredibly smooth, and have had 0 issues with anything since owning the car. Bought it used, with 70k miles on it, and it still runs incredibly smoothly

From looking online to associate, reaching out to me was good timing. Very friendly professional staff.Konner was amazing He showed me the vehicle ticket for a test drive, and I looked at other vehicles as well. This was the first car I ever got when I got my license, and I absolutely loved it for the two years I had it. My only complaints are that the car is very low to the ground so you have to be careful on hills and whatnot and that it doesn't have very good pickup. Otherwise, it's an adorable little car. It was super comfortable to drive in on the interstate to and from college (3 hour drive). It had great gas mileage, and being able to use the 87 gas definitely saved me money. The speaker system was awesome, too! And the car turned really sharp, which was also really nice.

Sales was Great the only problem we had was in the financial department really pushed hard on the extended warranty would not let us see a booklet on it only to find out when we got home it was a third party for the extended warranty with a1star rating so in the process of trying to cancel it everything else was great Daniel our sales guy was great to work with

This car met all of my needs. It is fast . It has nice leather seats and they are heated in the front. It has a sunroof and good sound system . It is stylish on the outside. It is a very good car to own.

I have a 2015 Hyundai Veloster Turbo 6 speed manual. Bought brand new and still own as of this review in 2025. I love the way the car looks. It actually has a design and doesn't just look like a wedge ( like a lot of hatchbacks do ). I currently have 97,000 miles on it with no problems to report. Just routine maintenance. Best advice is to replace the standard Hankook tires for some Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S. It is a day and night difference. Really wakes up the car in the handling department. I would highly recommend this model.

The Veloster is a great first car for a new driver. The technology inside and the hatchback are my son’s favorite part. Gas mileage is also good.

We just purchased a new Chevy Blazer. We were treated well and love our new vehicle. The sales people, finance people and everyone treated us with respect.

Bought it with about 36k miles and I’m around 46k now with very little problems, good gas mileage, and good power for the price range. Had only minor issues like the seal on the front passenger window starting to have a small leak and a leak in the windshield wiper reservoir. But, there’s also a 50/50 chance that could’ve been from the previous owner.

Good overall experience. As always, the dealership tried to slip in extra fees. This does not make this dealership any worse than others, but I won't give 5 stars when this happens. In our case, the sticker price was not what we saw when we sat down to negotiate. There was a $1,300 charge added for a security feature the dealership had installed. I had that removed: sticker price on a used car should be everything that the car is. I did not choose a $1300 option. The dealership worked with us and was friendly, except for the finance guy. It was late at night and he got a little snippy.

I just picked up my 2020 Veloster R-Spec. This car is an absolute blast to drive. The styling is very unique and looks modern, but it's not overly done. The handling and performance are amazing, plus it gets really good gas mileage for a turbo charged car. The interior is really comfortable and all the controls are conveniently placed. The 6 speed manual with short shifter has a really nice feel and is very precise. You really can't beat the performance for the price!

Today we had the pleasure of meeting Lenny. He started here a week ago and it was his first day on the floor with this dealership but you would not know this as he is very experienced in the field . Lenny was professional and personal, I normally hate going to dealerships but Lenny made it a pleasurable visit and buying experience. He was very knowledgeable and gave us different options to look at based on my preferences Definitely no presure, gamics or xx going on. Lenny and the finance dept manager were both straight up and forth coming with pricing, trade in value and all fees. We appreciate the respect given to us. We definitely would recommend Lenny and the dealership and would definitely be back when it’s time to trade in.
