Given that Hyundai Dealership of Palm Springs has undergone leadership transition changes are inevitable, yet fortunately several key personnel have remained, so I appreciate recognizing familiar faces. The service writer consultant is supremely attentive to details which is a highly sought after skill and needed in this fast pace industry.

After getting 284K from our 2003 Elantra GLS and Currently 108K trouble free miles from our 2019 Elantra SEL so far, I just bought a Certified (Passed 173 Point Inspection) 2023 Elantra Limited (Scarlet Red) with 19K miles. It is the most beautiful and Safety Rich (Accident Avoidance) "High Tech" Computer on Wheels Car I ever bought (I'm 65 Years Young!). The Tesla Phase 2 "Highway Driving Assistance" is "Best in Class". Also, The 46-48 MPG average per TANK full (Non Hybrid) is simply amazing! I like the 8 Speed Manual Performance Mode when I want a more spirited FUN to drive ride! Infotainment system and Bose sound system is also very good. The only nice feature NOT including until 2024 Elantra is 360 degree camera monitoring. I might purchase & install an aftermarket 360 camera setup from a Stereo shop in a couple years if I really need it?

I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

Service needed on my 2024 Dodge Ram. Battery died so I contacted Tony Warner @ I 10 Dodge. Courteous… efficient and knowledgeable.performed the diagnostic tests and solved the problem. Informed me if the test results, solved the problem and made a customer happy. Great team at the service department . CP

I bought new in 2015. Now over 110K miles. No issues at all except regular maintenance. It's been one of the best cars I've owned - value, comfort, MPG, etc. It has dated well and doesn't look like a 11 year old car. The 2.4 does burn about a quart of oil every 2K miles. I regularly check the oil level and do all maintenance early. I don't know how it would hold up if I drove it hard or didn't do regular maintenance.....

While I did not purchase my Hyundai from Palm Springs Hyundai they were very helpful with providing helpful information about the vehicle. The salesman Cody King was friendly, personable and knowledgeable about the car and was very professional in his follow up. I would definitely recommend him for anyone who needs a Hyundai in Palm Springs. I live part time in Palm Springs and will definitely use them for any service that I have done. Good inventory of vehicles but they just didn’t have the exact car I was looking for.

I first leased my 2018 Hyundai Elantra in 2018 (car was new with less than 50 miles on the odometer). After the lease was up, I opted to purchase the vehicle. It's been great. No major problems. The reason I gave the exterior only 4 stars is that the paint started peeling on the rear bumper (below the license plate) about a year ago. A Hyundai service person explained that the bumpers are plastic (not steel) like the rest of the car and the paint does eventually peel off. Outside of the rear bumper paint problem, this has been an excellent vehicle.

Had a 2022 Elantra for 3 years only reason I got rid of it was the fact it was a lease and the 36000 miles was up and I did not need a 3rd vehicle. Used this car solely for road trips it had been to 28 states in total and never let me down. Car a bit low for bigger people like myself however very comfortable driving, got phenomenal gas mileage I could get from NH to VA on a single tank with gas to spare. Overall not a fan of Hyundai however I wouldn’t hesitate buying another Elantra. Only Con I ever had with this car was the fact it is so low to the ground it makes it a magnet for rocks to the windshield I did replace 3 while owning.

I’m a 6’5” man and I fit very comfortably in the 2014 Hyundai Elantra GL. It is the only compact car that I could sit without my knees hitting the steering wheel and being able to comfortably extend my legs. I put my seat all the way back as you would expect which doesn’t leave much room for passengers in the back seat, but it doesn’t matter since I extremely rarely have passengers there.

I have a 2017 Sonata SE that has been a very good, reliable vehicle. I spend alot of time on the road for my job and it had never given me any issues; very comfortable, gas mileage around 30+. As many others have said, the engine conked out at around 124,000 mi. The dealer replaced it with a new factory engine 2 mos ago. A week after I got it back, the accelerator something or other broke so I took it back and had to pay $500 to repair it. (they swore it was unrelated- I dont think so) Other than that, it has been a great car.

Hyundai of La Quanta has some excellent people on staff who really care about their customers. I found the level of customer service shown by this dealership to be one of a high ranking among the auto dealerships in my area.

We just got a 2019 Hyundai Kona and love it. Keith Winters went out of his way to make the entire process a breeze. He found the car we wanted and personally drove to Orange County after hours to get it. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly. A big thanks for such a pleasant experience.

This is my second Hyundai Santa Fe I have purchsed from Hyundai of La Quinta. I shopped other Hyundai dealerships for my second Santa Fe. All that did was reinforce that I made the correct decision again to purchase my second Hyundai from Hyundai of La Quinta. My sale experience the second tme around was just as excellent as the first. Greg Dixon far exceeded my expectations with my sales experience. If you have any negative preconceived notions about dealing with a sales person, Greg Dixon and the staff will change that for you. He was extremely helpful with getting me the car I wanted at a price that I was more then happy with. I have purchased many new cars over the years and always have gone out of the area to buy a new car. My experience with dealers here were almost always negative and they were not willing to really deal on the price. Then I found Hyundai of La Quinta. My first Santa Fe was the most reliable car I have ever owned and expect no less from my new fully loaded Santa Fe Ultimate. I just want to thank everyone I was in contact with from the sales manager to the finance department and to greg Dixon for once again proving that buying a new car can be fun and STRESS FREE experience. We had a great experience with Ricardo as our car salesman. He genuinely had an interest in helping us find a vehicle for our growing family. He was personable and not pushy at all. Hyundai in La Quinta didn't have the color car we wanted. They went through great lengths to get it for us quickly. We also really had a great experience with Eric Steele the finance manager.
