The sales process was great. It was very straight forward and honest. I had two small childeren with me, and the sales team was very accommodating. They gave my childeren some hot wheels and soda. I did have one issue however. It was very important to me that the vehicle be detailed as my wife has big issues with cleanliness, also the wheels had a coating that we agreed would be removed. I was told the work had been completed, but to my dismay the vehicle had just been cleaned superficially, and much of the coating remained. This was a big issue as the vehicle was a gift. I was forced to pay to have the agreed apron services completed elsewhere at additional expense. This is the reason for my 3 star review. Had they held up their end of the bargain I would have rated them at 5 stars.
I was in the market for my first new car. My husband and I initially were considering an Elantra, but after Will showed us a Sonata and we realized how discounted they were we changed our minds. We actually got a 2018 Sport plus Sonata for the same price that we originally thought the Elantra would cost. Throughout the whole process, Helaman and Will were friendly, professional and helped us get the best car for the best price.
I dealt with Jacob Banks the whole time (except for finance) which was over a number of days. He was super! He sold me my second Hyundai and he was great then but this time (my 4th) I have never seen nor heard of a sales person going the extra mile(s) he went. We completed about 90% of our negotiations on line. I live 250 miles from this dealer and it was wonderful to be able to email and converse with Jacob multiple times and establish the final price, trade, and down payment before I ever saw the actual vehicle I purchased. Jacob worked hard for me, made videos of the vehicles I was interested in, gave me honest quotes and was so very friendly and personable. He spent a lot of time showing me the features of the Santa Fe and demonstrated them on a test drive. Maybe what impressed me more than anything was they entire dealership was extremely busy; Jacob had another customer he was working with and I watched the time he spent showing this lady her car... he was meticulous showing her the vehicle and was that way with me. I even had the pleasure of waiting a little while for him which was a great experience for me; I got to watch a professional. Actually, I have never had a bad experience buying from this dealership but Jacob is my go-to guy. Want a "go-to guy" that actually acts like he likes you and wants to help, you can "Bank on Banks.)
We were travelling from Las Vegas to Yellowstone National park , and our 2012 Hyundai Sonata had engine trouble near Orem. We had to tow out car to Murdock Hyundai, being the nearest Hyundai service providers. We met Mr: Kevin Bright of the service department and he was extreamely helpful in advising us on the course of action, taking care of the repair, arranging for a rental car to proceed with our trip, and keeping us posted with the repair of the car. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Kevin, and with his help and advice we could complete the trip as planned, inspite of the unexpected car breakdown. I would recomment him for his professioal approach, and helpful attitude.
I was thrilled when we found two possible vehicles at Ken Garff Ford because how much some of our family members loved other Ken garff locations, but sadly this one was not a good experience. Aside of the lack of assistance in finding a vehicle where we had to physically reach out to a worker passing by and ask for some help to finding the vehicles on the lot to those that were presented to us, they were filthy and we were told we would get an "IOU" on a deep clean and any fixtures that needed to be done after purchasing the vehicle. Bummed we had the experience we did.
Because of Scott Fritsche, I will probably end up buying two vehicles from this dealership. He was not pushy, as he worked at my speed, not his. So much appreciated in this day of age.
I had an awesome experienced purchasing my car at AutoSource this past weekend. Nisho went above and beyond to get me the best deal and car I was looking for. He was very professional and patient with my wife and me. He was very thorough while giving me the history of the car. He even offered me to take care of some cosmetic repairs on the car! The cool thing about the whole experience was I never felt pressured into buying anything that I didn't feel comfortable with. Thank you Nisho and all of the staff that was involved in making my car buying experience a success!!!
