We had an outstanding experience working with Jonathan at McClarty Daniel Dodge in Bentonville. We actually found our perfect truck ahead of time on the manufacturer’s website, and it just so happened to be on their lot. Jonathan jumped right in and made the entire process seamless from there. Before we even arrived, Alex and Crystal from the sales team did a fantastic job coordinating everything over the phone. They made scheduling easy, answered our initial questions, and ensured everything was lined up and ready when we got there, which made a big difference. Jonathan quickly got the truck detailed and ready for us, handled all the paperwork efficiently, and kept everything moving smoothly. What could have been a stressful process felt easy and well-organized the entire time. A big thank you as well to Andrew Frazier in finance, who made that side of things just as smooth. He walked us through the financing clearly and efficiently, and we felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. 2019 INFINITI Q50 review
This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

2016 INFINITI Q50 review
So far i have never had a problem with this car. I love my car, its the best. It has different drive modes like sports standard etc. It also drives very good in snow. I also get great miles to the gallon.

2018 INFINITI Q50 review
Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

2018 INFINITI Q50 review
The car is great everything about it but the entertainment system is garbage. It’s costing me over 3 grand to replace it. It just stop working. And from doing my research the company knows that this a PROBLEM. And theirs no help for me as a customer. I love my car but 3 grand for a radio is ridiculous. Infiniti should replace all radio systems for free or have some type of copay.
