Great experience until it was time to get my tags. Just need to work on that part of the process. Had to go back 3 or 4 times because my tags took so long to come in. Maurice, the sales manager is a stand up guy, very professional and friendly and I believe he worked hard to get a deal done but a car wash or complimentary tank of gas would have been great being I live on the opposite side of town. Other than that, Great experience
Although the wait for service was a bit (I believe I heard they were short staffed and I also had other service items added at my request once my vehicle was checked), I have to say that my service contact, Sean Lomas, was very professional/friendly, courteous, and kept me in the loop on my vehicle's servicing. He took the time to explain what needed to be done now and what could wait until my next service interval. I appreciated his listening to my concerns, and making sure the items I mentioned were checked. Please fix the online service appointment app--there is a glitch; it kept pushing my appointment to January and April, as if Antwerpen Service was totally booked until these months. Thankful.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My car buying experience at the Infiniti of Silver Spring was exceptional. The sales person (Mike Goldring) greeted me in such a friendly and professional manner. I previously visited other Infiniti dealerships, but none of them impressed me more than Infiniti of Silver Spring. My salesperson was able to acomodate my request, and I am very pleased with my new 2016 QX60. I feel as though I am driving in a luxurious vehicle. Unlike other Infiniti dealerships, I receive a free car hand washing at any time. If you are seeking to purchase a new or leased vehicle, I recommend that you visit Infiniti of Silver Spring, and experience the quality customer service .
Had driven 2 hours to a neighboring dealer under the pretense of buying a pristine 2015 Pathfinder. Got there and found I had been lied to regarding the condition. Called Nationwide and spoke to Bruce Bollino and told him exactly what I was looking for. He gave me an honest evaluation of a car on the lot that fit my description of what I was looking for. When we got to the dealership, there were no disappointments. Bruce was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the previous dealership down the road. He was honest, courteous, and helpful in every way. We traded in a Subaru Tribeca on the 2015 pathfinder and could not have been more pleased, both with Bruce and the deal itself. I would highly recommend Bruce to anyone looking for a good quality used vehicle and an honest salesman who still understands integrity and customer service.
Bought a car from the folks from Nationwide today and starting from my initial contact with the internet sales rep (Marcus), the salesman (Jimi T. Parker) and ending with the finance rep (Scott), it is an easy and dare I say it, enjoyable experience (I've had a harder time finding the right drill at Home Depot). If I had to list complaints it would be that management should take mercy on their staff and (1) give them a break from the constant barrage of Christmas music and (2) replace the men's bathroom!
Went in for interior detailing and this is the best service my car and I have ever received. Friendly greetings from a beat after I walked in, I was checked in on multiple times while I was there waiting by different agents (offered water, sofa, coffee, and conversation), I loved the comfortable lounge space, and everything was clear up front from the get go. Don't even get me started on my car-- the interior previously looked like I had been giving rides to livestock, and now it looks fresh off the show room floor. Couldn't be happier and I feel like I got it for a steal :) Trust'em! You won't regret it.
I worked with John Massaqoui who was the best salesman I ever had. He was straight to the point and did not play the old sneaky car salesman. He researched the absolute best deal for my unfortunate situation and for that i am more than thankful.
Service was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful!!! The car was washed. The waiting room was comfortable , and refreshments were available. I would highly recommend this dealership!!!

The entire buying process took about three hours and 15 minutes from the moment I entered the dealership for the first time to driving home with a new car for my daughters. Jeannie and Dominic worked closely and frankly with me to talk through my interests and needs between the trade in, desired monthly payment range, and valuation for both vehicles. Negotiations were handled quickly and reasonably after we exchanged full information. Ray in Finance got me a full percent lower from my credit union even after the initial offer and acceptance was reached. That was real money! The whole team (including Malik for my insurance change) were very warm and easy going. It was probably the best buying experience in the dozen plus car purchases I’ve made over the years.
