All around good SUV. Sporty and comfortable. The good is AWD all the time is really nice. Interior is comfortable and really nice. I like having 2 screens. The scroll button is nice on the center console. Rides good, quiet, steering great, sits low more like a car not an SUV. Comments below about brakes?? I have had not problems with brakes. The bad, really bad turbo lag in 4 cylinder, Premium gas only sucks, paint chips to easy. Car would be awesome with a 6 cylinder 3.5L.

Car is a pleasure to drive and has all the bells and whistles you could possibly want. Very pleased I decided to by an Infiniti over any of the many other cars available.

Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I went in for an oil change.They usually are on point and thorough. This time, I was told the wait time would be 1 hour. It took 2 hours. The receipt said that they did a 10 point inspection and discussed with customer. They did not give me a copy of the inspection (they usually do) that was done and no one went over what my car will need going forward. Nor did they tell me if they saw anything that may need attention. I asked for prices on tires and told the tech that as I gave him my keys. I had to ask him if he checked on prices and he didn't say that the tires were ok for now. I was disappointed with service this time.

Car was nice with exception of the high price and rusty rotors. It was just previously washed before seeing it. Made it hard to see if there were any flaws. It is about $10-12,000 more than it's worth.

Review it thoroughly. They tend to make errors when compared to original proposed or accepted sale(accounting/book keeping). You have to be specific when do u want them to run yr credit, bcos the interest will start accumulating that day. overall good experience will definitely buy another car in near future.
