I did not get any deals in Erie and was shopping around online, looking for deals in Cleveland & Buffalo. I chanced upon this dealership and decided to try this and then go to Cleveland. I was contacted by Jenna Villone-Hill whom I met later at the dealership. She was very courteous and so patient in showing us at least 10 cars before we settled upon the one we liked.....She explained the different options for us and never was there any pressure selling tactics. We were explained all the options and got a "very good deal" in the end. I was not even decided when we went to the dealership but were sold and ended up buying our new car and on our way in a breeze - worth the 80 mile travel from my place. The Finance Manager Wayne also helped us a lot in explaining the sale patiently to us and in comparing the different trims. I would defintely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for new or used cars and to score a great deal....and Jenna for walking you through the entire buying process like a deal. I love this car. I test drove many and read alot of reviews so i knew what i was buying. Fast reliable and sleek design. This car was ideal for me and my wife for around town driving. Then came the baby... Could barely fit the car seat in the back seat and ultimately sold the car for this reason. The back seat is ridiculously small! Also, please know that this car rides very hard (especially with the 20" wheels). I did one road trip and it was torture. Very bumpy and uncomfortable as well as a loud exhaust note that resonates excessively in the cabin. Again , this is a fun car to whip around town in. Its a sports car.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

We bought a 2012 Honda CR-V LX with 16,671 miles recently. The entire experience was first rate: From searching online for the right vehicle (price, features, condition) to the buying experience and through delivery. Everything was accurate and straight forward. Our new car met all expectations when delivered: Clean. No apparent defects.The items listed as imperfections were barely perceptible. Our test drive before accepting the car was flawless. Our delivery person was friendly, professional and informative. After delivery, I took our new car to our long-time trusted mechanic for an in-depth inspection. He was impressed with all aspects of our new car. His only comments were associated with (1) light under-body rust and original equipment tires with few miles, plenty of tread, in good condition but six years old. All manuals, one full feature key, and one valet key were provided. (Two full feature keys would have been nice.) Documentation of Carvana's 150 point inspection was not provided. This, too, would have been a nice addition to complete the sale documentation. All-in-all, close to a perfect buying experience! So much so that I'm looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Carvana in the near future.

This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!

Young professional who isn’t unrealistic w/ his budget. 330hp, AWD, slick styling and interior, tried & true V6 - this ended up on the shortlist. Test drove and bought immediately. Great exhaust note, great for merging ramps, great for closing gaps. And all to not break the bank. This model is the last iteration - reliability is about as solid as you could hope for a car in this niche market. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in a similar life stage. Love pressing that ignition button every single time.

I made my purchase on 5/19/2018. I am so happy with my vehicle! The website was super user friendly, I really liked the filters you can apply to give you all the options at the terms you want. I appreciated the fact that I could get my personalized financing terms without a hard hit on my credit, in the event I didn't go through with a purchase. The customer advocates on the phone and at the store were all really friendly. This was actually a really fun experience, getting to have my car come down from the vending machine and put into a bay just for me. I bought a 2016 Lexus GS 350 two weeks ago through Carvana. What drew me in initially was a great price (nearby dealership was about $3,500 more for almost an identical car with similar mileage) and a user friendly website that made it easy to tour the car. You also get a FREE copy of the carfax report. With saving as much money as I did I wasn't expecting good customer service. Boy was I wrong, when I called to discuss adding a trade in car to my purchase I was greeted by a positive helpful person. All my future calls to confirm pickup date and verify my back account funds were also with very upbeat positive customer service people. I was relived with how stress free they made the process. They have even streamlined how they verify you have enough money in your account for car purchase. The 7 day money back guarantee is nice and I was pleasantly surprised that Carvana sent me emails following up on how car was driving and reminding me how many days I had left on 7 day guarantee. Other companies would have gone out of there way to try to make your forget about the 7 days to lower the chance you might return. This showed me the confidence Carvana has in their car quality. I bought the car on Black Friday and was very impressed that the day after my 7 days was up. Carvana made sure my $1000 promotion check was overnight mailed to me. Picking up the car was a fun experience with putting the token in the machine. Lastly and most importantly the car drives great and looks exactly like it did on the website. To be safe I took it too dealership for an inspection and they confirmed the car was in great shape and the tires were basically new. My next car will also be from carvana.

This Changed the Way I Buy Cars

I have been buying cars for 45 years, mostly though dealers but also some from private parties. Car dealers were a love/hate relationship: the excitement of getting a new car vs. the very long wait time, the high pressure, and the "surprises" when the deal is about to be closed. Carvana changed all that, with the exception of the excitement factor. Never have I worked with employees who were were so honestly pleasant and knowledgeable about what they do. Pressure? There simply was none. The process of actually filling out the forms, payment, etc. took less than 45 minutes. Buying a car you have never physically seen in person can be worrisome, but Carvana also has that covered with their 4 month, 4000 mile service contract, not to mention their 7 day return policy. I even caught a bit of luck. When I first visited their website they had the exact car I was looking for at considerably less than a competing online dealership had to offer. On the day of delivery the Carvana truck was right on time, and in 45 minutes, which included a 15 minute test drive, our new car was ours. This is my second Infiniti, both bought used. In the rare instance that I had an issue with the vehicles, Infiniti was so helpful. Any issue was always covered, no questions asked. This QX56 is perfect for our family. There is room for everyone and everything. There is DVD and power outlets - which the kids appreciated. Plenty of power to pull the boat, too.

The last vehicle I purchased at a very popular dealership I was held captive for over 3 hours in the "finance office" who wanted me to sign 3 different contracts with 3 different interest rates in case one didn't go through. I was searching for a new car at local area dealerships and in two instances got to the negotiating table and couldn???t close the deal. The dealerships were either low balling my trade or asking for more than the car was worth. So my husband and I were out on a date and we saw the new vending machine in Charlotte. I had not heard of Carvana. My husband had because his friend raved about his experience purchasing a mini van in Atlanta. I went home to see what cars were available and sure enough they had the car I wanted with 11k miles less than anything in my local market within the price point I was willing to pay. So I started doing research. I was worried that this wasn???t a legitimate company, but everything I read was to the contrary. Additionally, I work for a major financial institution and had my own financing. Then I was worried that my company wouldn???t do business with Carvana. Sure enough they were an approved lender. I took this as a sign to go for the car I???ve wanted for 4 years. The entire process was easy from start to finish. The online forms were easy to understand. I even had a trade. All I needed to do was to answer questions and provide pictures which were also easy to upload. The offer for my trade was right inline with what I expected it to be. Every time I had a question I would call into Carvana and I would get a different person, but that wasn???t a problem because they all were able to see my account and answer any questions I had. They all had the best personalities and were very customer focused to make me feel at ease with the process. I received ongoing communication about the status of my application and final purchase. My delivery was scheduled for a time that worked with my schedule because the vending machine was not open. The young women who delivered my car was a joy to work with. She called ahead to let me know she was on the way. When she arrived she let me take the car for a test drive while she took care of my trade. The whole process took about 30 to 45 minutes at the most. Within a week of the delivery, I received a lovely note from the young women who delivered my vehicle thanking me for my purchase. I received an email from Carvana and a gift certificate thanking me as well. I took my new car to my local mechanic and they confirmed that it was perfect. This has far exceeded my expectations and has far surpassed any car purchase I have had. Thank you Carvana for changing the car buying experience forever. My son will be getting his first car at the end of the summer and I have already said we will purchase again from Carvana!

Just got a 2012. Not a great deal but I'm looking at it as a credit builder. Traded in 2009 Maxima Sv . Just moved into Baltimore from Southern MD. Got tried of spine breaking every time I went somewhere. I should have done more research. But I'm cool. Truck doesn't have the power when you need it. But it's there. Still figuring it out how to get it when I need it with out the jet lag kick. It can be different if your not accustomed to it. Paint is a issue the dealership spray something on it and after a couple of washing and the winter for the money and supposed Quality you think your paying for not great. Interior is paneling is not for kids. Looks good but very cheap. Some things you just don't see till you deal with it daily. The ride is much better than what I had but it is not great at all for the size and hight of the truck. I have the Special Editon 21 inch rims and my 05 maxima rode better. So like I said should have did better research. Won't keep it long. Might take a loss but when I can I'm going different . I've owned 6 different Nissan's love them thinking Infinity is a step up. Bull straight bull. Thanks good luck. Real xxxx

I like the ride and gas mileage. It is beautiful, stylish and floats on the road. The gear shift takes a lot of getting used to. It's really difficult to find Neutral. I'm scared every time I get in the car that I will put it in the wrong gear and go forward when I want to backward and vice-versa.

At first, I was skeptical of using an online dealership - but then I thought it is 2018 and the future is now! I must say, I was really blown away by the convenience and efficiency of CARVANA. I was able to pick out the exact car and features that I wanted. Still having a small loan on my trade-in, they handled the swap beautifully and I did not have to do anything except give my consent. My car arrived on the date and time that I ordered it from a wonderful employee. Within 20 minutes, he was off with my car and I had my new one. Done and done. Clean, easy, and efficient. The only thought/point I bring up is about offering ranging Customer Service options depending on the individuals' needs. If someone is using this service for the first time, they may want to receive texts or calls from time to time to ensure everything is going smoothly. Although I did receive some texts about my delivery being on time, I am still waiting to hear back on Registration and my past lien being paid off. Regardless, there was no BS, no extra costs popping up before signing, and the final number did not change from when I signed the paperwork. It was a great experience.

I bought car after someone turned in lease. Less than 20 thousand miles, and warranty left. A year ago. Its been in shop about every other month, for air conditioning problems that they seem to have no clue whats going in, to left rear wheel sensor going bad. Now its the water pump bad. Will not buy another infiniti if this is what they do. And the air is still not fixed. Saying its the hybrid the reason the air is not cold, after this going to try to trade it for a mustang

I went to Haus Auto Group Service Department to have them look at my 2009 Mercedes E350. I thought I needed new struts or it was a ball barring both of which I was expecting to cost over $1,000. After Richie the Service Manager looked over my car he told me it would be $200 fix. I made an appointment and not only did they fix my problem, they were on budget AND.......cleaned my car inside and out.
