Great experience. Negotiated a good price for my Lincoln Nautilus. The purchasing process was seamless. I was helped by Lisa and Ryan who provided excellent customer service.
2023 INFINITI QX55 review
I've only had mine for 3 weeks, however I am loving it, it rides smoothly, it has all the amenities you'd want. Heated and cooled seating and steering, plenty of leg room in the front and back , adjustable back seats that move forward and recline fully. A large cargo trunk area. Run flat tires are standard. Sun roof, and incredible sound worth bose speakers

Taverna INFINITI North Miami review
I seen alot of negative reviews here and honestly dont know why!! They have been awesome to me and were very patient. I think maybe people are upset over their fees but no one works for free and the fees are listed... Worked with Brandon Martinez and it worked out great. Just be sure to do your homework first thats all and you will be 100% here. I also think their positive google reviews are more accurate than the cars.com comments tbh.

Sawgrass INFINITI review
I want to give a huge thank you to Betty Chahid at Sawgrass Infiniti for giving me one of the greatest car-buying experiences and memories I’ll forever cherish. I had always dreamed of owning an Infiniti Q60, and Betty made that dream a reality. From the moment she took me for a test drive, I had no idea that this would be my very first Infiniti and that I would actually be leaving the dealership with it! Betty was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire experience. She never made me feel pressured and genuinely made the process enjoyable from start to finish. I truly appreciate everything Betty did for me. If you’re looking for someone who will treat you with respect and make your car-buying experience special, I highly recommend asking for Betty at Sawgrass Infiniti. Thank you again, Betty! ❤️

Sawgrass INFINITI review
Without a doubt, this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had?and I've purchased several vehicles over the years. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and completely stress-free. A special thank you to Pier, the Sales and Internet Manager, who was outstanding throughout the entire experience. He was knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and made the entire process easy from the very beginning. I'd also like to recognize the finance team, who made the paperwork quick, seamless, and easy to understand. Finally, a big thank you to Ronald, who personally delivered my vehicle. He took the time to walk me through the features, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable before driving away. The level of professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail from everyone involved exceeded my expectations. I truly felt valued as a customer every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest, stress-free, and enjoyable car-buying experience. Thank you, Pier, Ronald, and the entire team for making this the best car purchase I've ever made! ?????

2018 INFINITI Q50 review
The car is great everything about it but the entertainment system is garbage. It’s costing me over 3 grand to replace it. It just stop working. And from doing my research the company knows that this a PROBLEM. And theirs no help for me as a customer. I love my car but 3 grand for a radio is ridiculous. Infiniti should replace all radio systems for free or have some type of copay.

Awesome Q60 Red Sport 400. The dual informational center needs a serious upgrade. Needs better exhaust sound especially on the red sport 400. Overall I give the red sport 4.5 out of 5.

2018 INFINITI Q50 review
Owned this Q50 for a couple of years. It handles well and gets me the looks that I like. I keep my cars impeccably clean so that I get complimented on the looks of my car a lot. I got the 2.0T, it has adequate horsepower for running on the highway and passing but gets me great gas mileage on my trips. This is my 2nd Infiniti and I think I will always choose the brand.

The 18 Q50 is the favorite car I've owned. It is top of it's class in performance. All wheel drive system works great in winter. My only complaint about this car is the size of cup holders, which is trivial.

2022 INFINITI Q50 review
IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

2018 INFINITI Q50 review
Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.
