Before the vehicle had even completed its service and safety inspections, she reached out and invited me to take a look. It was perfect. Once it was ready, we test drove it and completed the paperwork before it ever made it to the public lot. Tiara, thank you for your persistence, communication, and thoughtful effort in helping me find the right car ? not just any car. Both you and Tom made the entire process seamless and easy. I couldn?t be happier driving away in my new Audi. Highly recommend!

2018 Jaguar E-PACE review
Overall it?s great. It doesn?t come with Apple play but I can for go that feature considering it didn?t always work in other cars and trucks I?ve driven. My E-Pace S is comfortable find to drive and loaded with nice features. Love how it was designed inside and out. It?s my first Jaguar and I don?t think I?ll be buying any other kind of vehicles if Jaguar vehicles stay like this or get better!

My husband passed a few years ago, but I only felt comfortable remaining with this dealership even though other dealerships were closer to my residence. At 80 yrs old there are many times that I find myself relying on my son to keep my appointments in Orrville.
