Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.

We had been at a few places and (of course with my credit not so perfect) they kept giving us the run around after making us wait hours just to try to get more money.
