I came in having such a terrible day and they turned it all around! I was treated so well and they were honest about everything. I left with my 2013 Toyota Camry and am so happy with the pricing too. Overall, great service and they even recently followed up with me.

Shortly after purchasing my Range Rover from Done Deal I brought it to their service department for the installation of running boards. The price quoted was quite reasonable and the work performed perfectly and in a most timely manner. From the dealer management through my salesperson to the installation mechanic I was treated most prtdonally. The work was performed most professional. And the final cost was exactly as originally quoted. I wish there were more than 5 stars available to rate Done Deal, every aspect of this company is highly recommended.

Cindy, as always, is very professional and knows her field. While this was a normal check up of the car, she made sure that it was in good shape when I came and picked it up. By that I mean she suggested the car needed its tune up, which I did not even think about.
The 2 issues. Every time, the last couple of years, I get service someone comes out from the dealer and asks if I want to trade in my car. This request is unsolicited and not asked for. Also, today, the day after the service I rec'd an e-mail from Auto Nation reminding me to service my car. It was just serviced.
My Saturn Sky was starting to give up the ghost. I wanted another sporty car, but I needed one with power seats to get in and out of more easily and a couple of other features (manual transmission for one-love shifting through those gears). A search online lead me to Genuine Motorcars. They had just the car for me. However, never having bought a car online (and out-of-state) before, I was hesitant. I had attempted an on-line purchase previously, but it went badly. But I'm glad it did, because I got the car I should have had all along instead of the car I thought I wanted. After talking to Nick, Chris, and Tom on the phone, my worries disappeared. I was able to quickly arrange a car loan and took the train down to Tampa to drive the car back back home. Tom picked me up at the station for my salesmen Nick and Chris. They are all extremely cordial, and most of all professional. Tom sat in the car for the better part of an hour going over all the controls with me. Chris took me out on the test drive. I also talked to Tom, the owner for a half hour. The entire process from initial e-mails and phone conversations to final purchase was to everything I could have asked for. Thanks so much for the pleasant transaction! Had a ball driving the car back home. Kudos to the entire staff of Genuine Motorcars.
Frank and Gina are the best at their trade! They are personable, caring, and strive for the best possible experience for their customers! They picked me up at that airport and ensured the car was in tip top shape. I just enjoyed looking at all the other models in their inventory as there were many great deals on their lot! My car blew a rod approximately a week ago, so I needed a new car ASAP. I spent 5-6 hours perusing various car lots to no avail. I was exhausted, to say the least. Finally decided to drive to Deep Park because of their tremendous selection of cars. Met Marcus and I could tell right away that he wasn't interested in selling me something that I just "kindof" liked-to make a deal and a quick buck. He was very patient, letting me test drive a couple of cars, even one car numerous times. I decided on a Mazda, purchased it and drove home. When I got home, I quickly realized that I made the wrong decision, and I wanted another car I was looking at on the lot- a Volkswagen Eos. Marcus and his team allowed me to return the Mazda and trade it for the Volkswagen- no problem!!! If you are looking for a dealership that's only goal is to make the customer truly happy, you found it!
