Edit: I am upgrading my previous review from one star to three because of the dealership's General Manager Flavio Pinheiro. Not only was he thoughtful enough to address my review, but he called me to apologize and learn from the experience how to make the business better. I was upset due to the lack of communication between the staff and the customer. I dropped off my 2003 X-type because it had an issue passing the DMV inspection. It took a few days to hear back from anyone. It took them several more days to locate a part. However, the staff did not communicate this to me. When I would call to ask about the status of my car a staff member would tell me they would call me back and never did, or a secretary would direct my call to a voicemail that was never answered. I think it would help the dealership greatly to answer or return calls by the end of the day or early the next day. Staff members who do not know the answer to a question should not promise to call back "in two minutes" and then never call back. Because my car is an older model, I began to feel that my business did not matter. There were days when I waited patiently for a call back. Then there were days where I grew greatly impatient and tried several times to reach someone. I don't mind at all that it took two weeks to get back the car because I now know they were trying to locate the part from several other dealerships. However, I would have felt a great sense of relief and comfort that my car was indeed being cared for if someone would have tried every few days to call and give me an update without me having to chase an employee down. I would definitely now give this dealership another chance, and I suggest if a customer is having an issue to reach out to Flavio. He will try to address your concern and has made me a happy customer once again.
My 2003 X-type could not pass DMV inspection. I felt confident that the dealership I bought the car from could diagnose and repair the problem. However, this dealership has changed greatly for the worse since becoming a Paul Miller dealership. No one answers or returns calls on the multiple phone numbers listed on their website. There is not enough follow-up to update the customer on the status of the repair. I would call the Service Dept only to get redirected to the Parts Dept voicemail that is never answered. They explained the problem with the car and then added on two additional issues that I felt padded the bill. I told them to fix what was wrong with the car so I could pass inspection. They agreed to do so. However over a week and a half later, I still didn't hear back from from them whether the car was ready. I called multiple times and was finally able to speak to someone. They told me because my car was older they were having trouble locating the part. If the dealer can't get the part, who can? What kind of answer is that? Why didn't they call me during that week long of waiting to explain what was going on? They said they would call me the next day to let me know what would happen next. I still haven't heard from them 24 hours later. They are the reason people avoid repairs at a dealership.

This vehicle shows how modern British engineering came together to create a vehicle that has premium safety & security, superb performance and maximum comfortability. The Jaguar XJL AWD features a 340HP 3.0L V6 Supercharged Engine which amazed us in how well it handled acceleration for how heavy the car is. Finally the long wheel base provided a great amount of leg room so even if you were 6''+ you never would have an issue.
Miguel was great! He was so helpful throughout my purchase. After test- driving the car I bought, I am positive Autoholding Hillside will be my go-to shop for all my car needs now. Correy Hill and Miguel Pierre where both so helpful throughout the financing process

Owning my XJL has become the reality of my dreams. Now I dream of driving it, and I can make that dream come true every day!
I had recently faced an issue with my car. It appeared that I needed to change the oil and some minor electrical fixes. I was lost since the car was new and I had no experience of where to service it. So I called to Auto Holding in Hillside and made an appointment. Easy peasy! Everything was fixed very fast and I must say that the price of the repair was very and very sweet.

After driving the Pilot, Ridgeline, Highlander, Santa Fe, and several others, the Sorento EX V6 was by far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth
Ricky was so responsive and friendly I was just fascinated. He helped me choose a car for my needs, explained what I should do and how to make the transaction, so in the end, it felt like I just went grocery shopping ??? that's how smooth and easy it all was!

It is very comfortable, quick and fun to drive. It combines the luxury and room of a large car and is extremely fun to drive. It also gets 24mpg while cruising at 80mph. It is the large sedan for people who truly enjoy driving.
I purchased a used Land Rover from Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan two days ago, as seen on Cars.com. Hector Hicks, my salesman, and the entire”family” made the the experience a pleasure. Matt, the used sales manager, held up delivery by one day to install front brakes and rotors. Many dealers would have not done this. I agreed to buying the car from the pictures, drove to NYC from Philadelphia for pick up. Not only was I not disappointed, I was impressed with the professional courteous treatment. They promised to be there if I am ever in NYC with a car problem, and I trust they will. Highly recommend JLR Manhattan!

I have owned three of these - having just purchased a 17 following my purchases of new XJL models in 2010 and 2012. Incredible value for the money. Very sleek and comfortable with every possible safety and convenience feature you could want.
World class automobiles put me in a great car. I???ve always wanted a Range Rover and I???ve finally gotten one. World class made the whole experience painless. In particular, Bobby, made the duaghting finance process a breeze. He broke everything down very clearly and made me feel very comfortable. He really has a nice touch with the customer and knows how to please a client. I will certainly be coming back and referring friends and family to Bobby and world class.

Most fun car I've had since my 85 Vette. Beautiful design that gets tons of attention. Elegant interior reeks of style and class. Unexpected performance from the 3.0 Supercharged engine that will leave others in your dust. I have put over 60,000 miles on the car and have not had any maintenance issues. Overall I could not rate this car any higher. Love it!

This car is one of the best vehicles I have had bang for buck. The front seats have massagers and the 475HP is readily available. Maintenance cost can get kind of pricey but I had a CPO which covered mostly everything for 7Yrs / 100,000 miles.
I???ve always been quite skeptical regarding the used cars and particularly trade-in scheme, but my wife convinced me to give it a try. We found AMG Auto and their website and after a quick chat with their employee, Taji decided that it???s worth trying. So we chose the vehicle that fit our demands regarding price, size and so on, completed all the procedures with the financing of a deal and are now very happy with our new Infiniti JX35.

My 2008 Jaguar XJ-L has been a very reliable car since purchasing it as a 4-1/2 year old used car with 54,000 miles on it. I've replaced tires, brakes, bulbs and preventative maintenance/oil changes...that's it! I cannot believe how well-built and nimble this car is for its size. The all aluminum body coupled with that amazing 4.2 V8 is an amazing combination of weight/power ratio. My car currently has 104,000 miles and is still going strong with the interior leather rand wood remaining in very good condition.
This dealership is an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only will we be repeat buyers from this 21st auto group but Lawrence has a customer for life. He did headstands to find the exact car for us and we could not be happier with our purchase. We would direct any of our friends and family to him. Our purchasing experience was so effortless and the follow up service is just as great. If you're in the market for a used luxury car, this is the only place to go.

The overall look of the car is awesome. it drives and handles great. the panoramic sunroof is incredible.
the space inside is very comfortable and plenty of storage for traveling. I would recommend this car to anyone.
We dealt exclusively with Earl and he is such a pleasure to do business with. There was a bit of a hiccup with our first purchase but Earl was nothing but HELPFUL and responsive from the beginning, gets back to you promptly if you call/text with questions and concerns. All we had to do was sign and drive as he had everything sorted out and done, including finance (which he worked hard to get us rates that's within our budget!) My husband and I are highly impressed with his effort and ability to get us exactly what we wanted. Just bought so hard to comment on reliability, however Carfax reports show car received regular maintenance but no major problems. Beautiful car, looks new and dives like a dream. Very reasonable when purchased used.
