Bought used, great gas mileage on highway runs, avg 32mpg Not sure why adaptive cruise control wasn't incorporated, Jaguar got it backwards??, they have a setting you set at speed desired, and it won't allow you to exceed that set speed ??? Actually dangerous option !!! Interior is clean, luxurious, body style is smooth and aerodynamic looking . 4 cyd turbo 25t AWD R Sport version is quick off the line, a smooth, now and then you will hear the kitten purr, but this cat can growl too. 1998 Jaguar XJR review
I bought my 98’ XJR in Feb. 2018. The previous owner, owns a Jaguar repair shop and he kept it in excellent condition. This car runs and looks new inside and out. It just turned 164k on the odometer. I also am asked about this car and receive several compliments a week on it. Classic style and performance makes this the best car I’ve ever owned. So much fun to drive. I would take a lot for me to part with it.

If you want a car that has aged well to be over 10 years old since the restyling and still features all the options of a modern day car for substantially less money but substantially more in style and quality details, then this car is for you! The portfolio long wheelbase model has been a superb pick having all of the options like air cooled, heated and massaging seats, Touchscreen and voice activated navigation, smart phone integration, lane change management, and everything you’d expect on a modern day luxury vehicle but more than you’d ever imagine on a car over 12 years old with the price to own being everything for practically nothing to look like something that is driven by someone with style frim the upper class. This car was by far the best car iv had. Its extra sporty and fun as well as comfortable. The only issue i really have is the suede headliner is coming off a little in the back.

2012 Jaguar XF review
If you want a car that feels like flying this is it. In long trips the powerful engine and cruise control make driving much less tiring. I have replaced the air compressor and water pump. I hear this is normal and you should plan on a water pump. I did the timing chain retro fit and now this car is the best car ever. If you love to drive and are willing to pay the maintenance you will love this car. Ask about timing chain retro fit for the 5.0 liter engine.

2011 Jaguar XF review
When I walk past a super new expensive boutique car like a Bentley or a super Mercedes, I sometimes peak in the window and still not sure if I'd trade my current 2011 xf in for it. I bought it second hand and the private jaguar specialist I took it to noted it was a "bulletproof 3.0L V6." It is easily the most reliable car I've ever owned and the ride, power, comfort, styling and equipment make it a pleasure to drive and pleasure to own. Pure pleasure. I intend on holding onto it for as long as I can. You must get an Manual service and sure, sometimes a particular part is comically more expensive than it's equivalent part in a humble Ford or Toyota. But it's not ridiculously expensive like a Porsche and it's worth giving it love and attention.
