My 2025 Chevrolet Equinox LT has been a great all-around SUV for daily driving. It offers a smooth, comfortable ride, a quiet cabin, and plenty of space for passengers and cargo. First and foremost the Service Dept Answered my calls when called and returned my calls in reasonable times. This is important to me any way as I have had dealerships in the past that were impossible to communicate with which makes doing business with difficult. For the repair on my vehicle there was some question as to what the problem was and what caused it. This lead to some delay and confusion but overall it wasn’t to bad and my vehicle seems to be fixed and working properly. I would recommend there service department for repair

We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

Car is great on gas mileage and comfort, just doesn’t have the get up and go needed to get to speed going onto highways and freeways.

I absolutely LOVE this car! Mine is the SXT base trim with the Pentastar V6 engine, purchased used at 37,000ish miles, but it is still the best car I’ve ever owned or driven. It is extremely comfortable to sit in (I am 5’10), on par with the comfort of my dad’s old ‘87 Camaro, which was also incredibly comfortable. It’s not a cramped space to sit in and the console is a comfortable arm rest height. But family conscious buyer beware, this isn’t a family friendly car; there’s pretty much no legroom in the back of the car. Maybe if you’re short and very skinny you could fit well, but taller or heavier folks will definitely not fit in the back. I certainly struggled to fit just to pull the seat down to extend the trunk space! The headrests of the backseats are a little tall and don’t let the front seats click back up all the way unless you pull the bucket seats up really far which is a little annoying but as someone who doesn’t lug around much it’s not something I’m really frustrated with. The trunk is super spacious! It rides very smoothly on the absolute garbage roads here in Western Washington (we have some of the worst roads in the US). Still bumpy because the potholes are insane, but smoother than our my parents vehicles and my old car (2011 Kia Soul). The audio controls on the steering wheel are mounted on the back which was odd to me initially but I have quickly adapted to their placement and make use of them a ton with Apple Music. Speaking of music, the base 6 speaker audio system sounds phenomenal as it comes; loud and I can really feel the drums and bass on higher volumes which I love, though I’ll be adding a subwoofer at some point. Let the music play! The engine and transmission run and function well and shifts smoothly in both regular and sport driving mode; I love sport mode, the slight engine sound difference and touchier throttle is fun, but it does reduce fuel efficiency a bit so I don’t use it too terribly much. I do wish the car was fitted with a cat-back exhaust system so it at least has the sound of a muscle car (where’s the allure in a muscle car, particularly one that revives the classics in a modern form, that has a quiet engine?) while retaining the more dependable and fuel efficient motor. That is something I will be saving up to change out, but that’s just me; for many that doesn’t matter, but is something to note if you are an avid lover of classic muscle cars and want to enjoy its allure even if you can’t afford the higher trims with the V8s, I certainly couldn’t; but that’s okay, I still cherish this car and appreciate the reliability of the V6 as a lower income individual. One thing I really don’t like (but chose to live with as I love the car to death otherwise) is that a lot of the climate control features are “locked” behind the infotainment screen; making it a big distraction and hassle to change between max or regular air conditioning and the which fans are blowing. The only buttons for it is a dial for fan strength, an off switch, an auto button, defrosters, and the AC on/off button. The USB and aux plug ins are inside the console, which is kind of awkward, but I actually like that as it makes you put your phone in the console (unless you have a long cord, mine is coiled) which prevents it from being a distraction. There is a moderate blind spot, but it is easily corrected with *properly* angled side mirrors. All in all I love this car and couldn’t recommend it more than I do. I plan to try to make this last the rest of my life in the best shape possible. It’s Mopar or no car! 🚗

This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

I bought my Lincoln MKX 2013 as a certified pre-owned with 14000 miles.Had never any problem, except for the airconditioner went out. It has 64,000 miles to it. Knock on wood that it stays that way. Thank you.

This was the best experience I've had buying a car and I've bought plenty. Great SUV, the new displays are stunning. The only thing I’m not a fan of is there’s only 1 usb-a and 1 usb-c in the front (on Premier there are none in the center console) and no Cigarette lighter.

The service at Ray Brandt Toyota in Metairie has been amazing. I began doing business with Toyota in Metairie in 2011. At the time I was 28 and had been through more cars than I can count just out of boredom. So in 2011, I leased a 2011 Camry. I was shocked to know that for 2 years I wouldn't have to pay for oil changes and routine services on my car. My visits for service were nothing less of satisfactory. In 2013, I received a call from the dealership asking if I would be willing to trade in my car since I had less than 12,000 miles in almost 2 years. So I accepted and leased another Camry. Again service was great. Now to the really good part...recently I decided to trade my car in this time to purchase a 2016 pearl white Camry. My salesman was Jason Pastor. He spent the entire day making sure I found the right car. I kept apologizing to him for taking up his time since I couldn't decide on the car. I was torn between leasing and buying. Jason must have shown me 10 cars before I made my decision. At no point did he seem annoyed. He took his time and never pushed me into something I wasn't comfortable in. When I finally decided on the Pearl white Camry with black interior it was not in stock at the dealership but was available in MS. The next day my car was transported to the dealership in Metairie. I also told Jason I wanted the windows tinted, so once the car arrived Jason personally brought my car to the shop for tint. Days later I called Jason about LED's for my headlights. He made a call, had them ordered and a few days later I brought my car to Jason who then brought my car to have them installed while I waited at the dealership for only 30 minutes. Followed with a car wash. I really felt like I was getting the VIP treatment. Jason was amazing and I would recommend him and the entire staff at Ray Brandt to someone looking to purchase/lease.

Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

I had a fantastic experience with the service department that exceeded my expectations. As a result I wanted to give them first dibs on a potential new vehicle. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had and plan to give the service department my business in future as well as first considerations on any new car purchases. If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

To give an idea of how well this buying experience was would be difficult. My secretary found the car I wanted at a price lower than I expected to spend. I contacted the dealer via Cars.com. Ernie got back with me in about 20 minutes. I asked for a buyers order and a video any imperfection on the car. I contacted my credit union who called and verified the funds available. I went the next day and signed paperwork. There was a problem that the door on the passenger side but Ernie had already put the car in the shop to repair. Meanwhile the finance guy thought he courage me some interest on the loan and surprisingly he did! Ernie brought the car to me the very next day in Hammond. Literally no stress at all. I’d call Ernie again at the drop of a hat!

Mr. Steve in service is AWESOME. I was really feeling disgusted because of a previous situation with another. Pulled and once Mr Steve saw me He began to prepare for Me. I didn't know what He was doing at first. He is so Happy a wonderful and joyful spirit. Sometimes you can tell when a person is pretending, but Mr Steve is so genuine. 2023 F150 Lariat. Just bought this used so these are my first impressions. So far very happy with the truck. Comfortable and handles nicely. V-6 seems very responsive. My issues at this point are related to my ability to setup this truck the way I want it. I am lucky that it came with the feature for automatic shutoff every time you stop for a red light already permanently removed. I would hate that feature if it had it. There is a lot of other features I would just as soon not have that I have had varying levels of success in turning off. Automatic lane keeping is one. While I was able to turn it off in the settings, it still interferes with setting cruise control. When I try to turn cruise control on it sets lane keeping anyway and I have to turn it off with another button press, while showing a stupid truck icon on the dash instead of my speed. I have to press an OK button to turn lane keeping off, then it will set the cruise control. All these button presses and having to look at the dash while doing this are very distracting and increases the time I'm not looking at the road, actually making the truck less safe. You really have to pick your time for setting cruise control. The automatic braking is another dangerous feature in my view. Thankfully I was able to turn that one off. The truck will beep 2 times if the engine is running and you get out, like to check your mailbox. It is irritating at best, not just for me, but for my neighbors, especially early in the morning or late at night. There is no mute button on the steering wheel for the radio, that I can find at least. I had this feature on other trucks and found it very helpful. Reverse brake assist makes no sense to me at all. I turned it off, but it is another one that puts a warning message on the dash to tell me that. I find the warning messages for the features I have turned off distracting and useless. These are my first impressions, there will probably be more later.

I have owned a honda accord since 1989. I still own my 2004 V6 coupe it's still very reliable, it's my back up car. I own a 2018 accord too. My 1989 accord lasted 360,000 miles before I got a 2000 accord. Great cars. The body needs painting from CA sun ruining it after 20 years but it will cost too much to repaint! But I still drive it!

I honestly love this truck. Yeah it has its problems but as long as you know what you’re doing you can fix stuff yourself for a lot less than what a mechanic will charge you.

I want to give Curvin props. He really goes above and beyond. He is patient and cares about his customers. I come all the way from Baton Rouge to here because of his exemplary service!

I bought my 328i over 6 years ago with just a little over 35,000. I now have 105,000 on. It's a blast to drive. It was very reliable until I reached close to the 100k. Around 96,000 miles the oil pan gasket started to leak. Had to get it repaired ($600 - $700). Not too long there after, the valve cover started to leak oil ($700-$800). Started to get a check engine light around 105,000 miles - thermostat housing needed replacing ($428.00). After some research, I found that the water pump would also fail shortly after the thermostat, replaced it with thermostat ($1,049). After inspection, it looks like engine mounts needing replacing ($390). Hopefully, this is it for now. High mileage BMW's expenses will start to add up. Otherwise, fun car to drive if you are will to invest additional $$$ to keep it running

Effective service, I have nothing to complain about. In reality, the problem I had was with the transmission of my Kia Soul 2020 car. Just try to get insurance at the time of purchase that covers this type of problem that seems to be common in this car when it reaches 100,000 miles. Which shouldn't happen, if I hadn't had insurance when I bought it, I would have paid about $6,000 for this service.

I’ve purchased new my 2013 Kia Optima back in May 2013. It’s been a fantastic car. I haven’t driven it a great deal & have just 20,463 miles on it as of July 2025. It’s stylish & very comfortable. I still enjoy having & driving it.
