The Jeep Compass is a nice looking vehicle. It is a Smooth ride with Comfortable seating. It has a Wisely planned interior. The Perfect size for single or small family. Great mileage.
Hector did a fantastic job being my salesperson. He communicated with me efficiently and effectively via email and phone since I had to search for a vehicle out of state. His consistency to answer any questions that I had without being a pushy salesperson made the entire process much easier!! From the first initial contact, to the finance process, and sending the paperwork overnight, my first-time car buying experience conducted online has been so easy and great!!! 2018 Jeep Compass Limited Left me stranded twice

My 2018 Jeep Compass Limited left me stranded twice. Both times it would not start. They were unable to find the problem. Two trips to the dealer. First time it had a little over 200 miles on it second time 3,500 miles on it. Battery is good, charges, mechanic thinks there is something that is causing the battery to lose charge, but, is unable to figure it out. I am now involved with FCA Customer Care . Hoping for a fix to the car,as, it is fun to drive when it works. Comfortable for me , fun panoramic sunroof, and a nice radio. Though being worried every time I go to start it , is not a nice way to feel. This is a safety issue. I would not buy this car again...Too many hassles with the car and aspects of having to work with FCA. I am very happy to read of all the people that are loving their cars. It gives me hope..Be sure you purchase the extra rental policy with the car..
I totally would recommend Baxter for any car shopping experience. They were the only place that was able to get me in and approved for exactly what I needed and wanted. Mario Overstreet worked wonders with his finance team. Thanx guys!

I searched online for at least a year now, looking for the Exact car I wanted and I found my perfect Jeep at Larry Roesch.
I was ready to sign and walk away with a 2018 Mazda3 when we decided to check to see if my car seats would fit and when they didn't they tried to find a vehicle that did that was still within my parameters. Unfortunately, nothing worked for my wants/needs and I was able to walk away without pressure. Tobin Wolfe was so great to work with!! Highly recommend him for any car buying needs!

It is such a comfort, and truthfully a surprise, to discover that a dealership has their customer’s best interests in mind. I was very distressed to find a crack in my Subaru’s windshield within 3 weeks of having it replaced (at another business). I came into DuTeau Subaru in Lincoln and spoke with Steve in the service department. He went out of his way and brought various parties together to replace my glass with no charge to me! I truly appreciate Steve in the Lincoln, NE DuTeau Service department.

I had no intention of buying a new car until I drove a rental Compass and just couldn't believe how it drove. I highly recommend test driving this car if you are thinking of buying a new vehicle.
I bought a Hond accord 1999, purpule car from sid dillion, 8 days later, the transmission, broke down, sid dillion tow truck pick it up, I didn't have to pay for a tow truck and sid dillion, haad cerficated transmission, rebuild my transmission, at no cost to me, sid dillion payed for it all

Everything is great except for one thing. We dislike the stop/start feature. It does not save gas like they say it does and the fact it has to be hard on the engine and the starter and the fact if the system fail to start back up , it may leave a family stuck in a dangerous traffic situation...I was not use to it and gave it too much acceleration and nearly rear ended the car in front of me..... This device is a big joke.......
I took my vehicle in after having it diagnosed elsewhere. I could tell that the service guy wasn't happy that they wouldn't be doing a diagnosis. I told them what I wanted (oxygen sensor replaced and new key fob w/emergency key). This was at 7 a.m. I hadn't heard a word at 1:00 p.m. so I sent a text to the service guy. No response. I called at 3:30 - was given the excuse of "computers down" and "tech working on my car had an emergency". Give me 30 minutes he said. An hour later, I called AGAIN. I was told the tech "just got done" and he would call me back in 10 minutes with my total. When he called back, I was told the tech had trouble getting the oxygen sensor off and they were swamped. He apologized over and over, and gave me a small break on the bill, so I sort of let it go. When I picked up my vehicle, I got an "all points inspection" report which basically said that every single fluid in my vehicle was dirt/contaminated and/or burnt. I just had the oil changed a month ago (by my brother-in-law) and a NEW transmission put in 2 months ago. I went back to the transmission place the next day for them to check the tranny fluid. They showed it to me - not dirty, not burnt. I don't trust Baxter any longer and I will NOT be returning as a customer. The service guy was super nice and all, but I will NOT be lied to just because I am a woman. I don't believe any of my fluids are bad. I have my own opinions as to why I was told that. The facility is nice, they did do the work I requested but nothing that they "recommended". I'm sure they didn't like that at all. My advice is beware - if you go in wanting a specific thing done that Baxter didn't recommend, you may not have a good experience.

My jeep is wonderful. It is not a small tiny car but it is not a large SUV either. It is just the right size. Small enough to be easily driven everywhere and big enough to cart all kinds of stuff everywhere. The only thing I dont like is that it is black. When I bought it I did not realize every flaw shows up on a black car. My fault and not the fault of my jeep.
Probably one of the easiest and best experiences buying a car. No stress. Saw the car online, exchanged a few emails with Ben, agreed to a price and then flew into Lincoln Airport where Ben picked me up. In a matter of fifteen minutes I was back on the road on my way home. Ben is easy going and honest. I am sure I will be back.

This car met all of my needs, from long road trips to tailgates in the parking lot to regular drives to work. Not only has this car met my needs on a daily basis, but has an added level of reliability during poor weather conditions. Its not too small, but not oversized. Can easily be parked in any urban/suburban area.
Even though they were unable to help me, these guys stayed professional from the moment I walked in, until the moment I stepped out. Marv was great! As a younger guy, first time buying from a lot, they treated me with respect. I will look forward to doing business in the future!

This car met all my needs for recreation, travel multiple long distance trips, easy maintenance, plenty of room and comfortable ride. Best car I have ever know for the cost.
I have never experienced better customer service then i did from Ty!!! He made the whole process so easy and simple, he went above and beyond to get me into the perfect car! The only car dealership i will work with in nebraska!!! i was so impressed! if you need a car call and ask for TY!!!!

This car was great in the beginning, then when the mileage got to be about 45.to 50,000 miles it eeens like everything went wrong... electrical, battery, electrical again.
