Sales great team but services department really really bad don’t have costumer service management, rude , managers don’t have a clue of what costumer service is

Jason was great! He wanted to show me all the features of my new 2025 Sahara, but I wasn’t really interested! lol He was a patient and thorough sales guy, and you would do well to work with him if you’re purchasing a jeep or Dodge/Chrysler product. The dealership must only give deals at the end of the month because I had to work hard for this deal…wasn’t Jason though…it was the manager! But…in the end, I’m glad it all worked out and Jason got the sale.

I bought a Subaru Forester from this location because they had the best turn around time, most competitive prices, great stock inventory, as well as a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Robert helped me tremendously to negotiate a great deal and set me up with his very helpful sales associate, Nick. I am very happy with my purchase and experience.

Wow Wow and Wow !!! So Flo Customs conducts most of their business out of state, for this reason I wasn't going to buy a car sight unseen. I did a pop up (from MD) and from the time I entered the Dealership I was treated like Royalty, just like I was family. It started with a phone call to the awesome and friendly sales person Chris Veradi, I felt the honesty, kindness, and respect, from the other sales guys, the VP, and the finance team. This Friday, Jun 23, My wife and I had a great experience with Micheal Domenech (salesperson) at Arrigo Dodge in Margate.
