Krystal Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM FIAT review
My Ram 3500 suddenly went into "LIMP MODE" I was able to nurse it to a nearby Dodge dealership for assistance. After inspection The Service Manager told me there were wires under the dashboard that were not Dodge parts and my repair would not be covered under warranty and he had no idea how long or how expensive repairs would take. He then stated they had no loaner cars and Id have to go rent a vehicle to get home. I was LIVID!!! I called Krystal from whom I purchased my truck and spoke to Andy in Service and explained my situation. Andy asked me to hand my phone to the other Service Mgr. Andy instructed him not to touch my truck and that Krystal would picking it up and brought back to their service Dept. I wish you could have seen the look on his stunned face! Next morning my truck was picked up and after inspection by Andy and his fine crew of techs they discovered the problem was NOT any wires but rather the Power Distribution Center was faulty. My truck was PROPERLY diagnosed and repaired in short order and then DELIVERED to my home nearly 100 miles away!! Andy kept me in the loop constantly and communication was fantastic. All repairs were covered under my warranty as were my car rental fees. Service of this caliber is near IMPOSSIBLE to find these days but it is certainly alive and kicking at Krystal Motors. Needless to say I will travel to Krystal to Purchase our next vehicles regardless of the distance. Customer care has made us LOYAL to them. Again THANK YOU to Andy and his fine crew!!

Main Motorcar Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Several months ago, I purchased a new 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Main Motorcar in downtown Johnstown. The exact model I was interested in was unfortunately not available for sale at the time I first inquired at the dealership. Fortunately, I was notified by my salesperson - Shannon - as soon as they could custom-order the vehicle to my desired specifications. Ordering the Jeep was surprisingly fast and simple. I was provided with periodic updates as the Wrangler moved through the manufacturing process, too. I was given an approximate time frame for delivery and was pleasantly surprised when it rolled off the assembly line sooner than scheduled. Just before my Wrangler was scheduled to arrive however, the Nissan I planned to trade-in suffered an apparently common electronic failure. I began working with the original Nissan dealership (not Main Motorcar) to fix the issue and was charged almost $1,500 for the repair. Days later, I found out the pricey problem was actually covered by a recall; frustratingly, the Nissan dealership refused to refund my payment. Only after a series of phone calls to the unhelpful big-city Nissan dealership was I told to call the Nissan corporate office for a resolution. The folks at Main Motorcar were kind enough to step in and provide some much-needed assistance in dealing with the Nissan corporate office to help me obtain my refund for the now-recall-eligible repair. They were able to expedite the process with Nissan corporate... something the Nissan dealership refused to do. Even with the trade-in difficulties, I was offered a fair value for the Nissan from Main Motorcar. Months later, I am extremely happy with my purchase as well as my experience with the staff at Main... who went out of their way to help make the purchasing and trade-in processes go as smoothly as possible. Based on my experience, I have been recommending that my friends and family - and anyone who has asked about my car-buying experience - stop by Main Motorcar in Johnstown. They have earned a customer for life!

Was in need of a pick-up truck , shopped all my local dealers ,and no one had anything close to my needs.Went online to search the country. The red Ram 1500 classic with regular cab , 5.7 hemi, 20 inch chrome rims , class 4 tow hitch was found .. One problem its 211 miles away . Called and spoke to Steve Ross , asked if the price was true and yes it was .No games , he made the buying process pain free. Towing was a major point to make sure the truck was the right one, before taking a deposit he checked the Vin number with Ram and got the true towing weight , it was perfect .. Ran the credit card , then the process of wiring money and receiving all the paper work I needed to get insurance and registration was very quick sent overnight from a New York dealership to my home in Massachusetts ..Truck was then shipped and delivered right to my front door step, in perfect clean condition . None of that B.S. of " I have to go talk to my manager " . Main Motor Car price was so good that with the 500.$ shipping added on it was still the best price then anyone local had and it was the exact truck I was looking for . At 53 years of age and not very computer savvy Steve made the process pain free and took photos the whole step of the way ...I made a friend out of this purchase , How many people can say that ..Still waiting for my local dealerships to call me with what I wanted ... Main Motorcar Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
My wife and I were in the market for a new Willys in Gobi. We found a few but the dealers weren't too cooperative over the phone. When I got a hold of Main Motorcar, Steve Ross was very eager to assist us in the buying process over the phone. The dealership is a 4 hour drive from us in another state. Anyway, after agreeing to the price, I worked with Dave to get the paperwork in order before we could drive out there during the upcoming weekend. When we got there, everything was perfect and ready to go. We were in and out of there in 45 minutes! The best part was their honesty, no games. It's a small town dealership with folks who help you out by saying what they do and doing what they say. There was no "gotcha moment" that I've experience from other dealers who are trying to squeeze you for a few more bucks. It was worth the drive!

2021 Jeep Gladiator review
We special ordered a Jeep Galdiato Rubicon in 2021 and loved it. Our only problem was it didn't leave much space in the garage. We decided to trade it for a special ordered Jeep Wrangle 4dr. RubiconX. This new vehicle left us with 34 more inches of space in our garage. Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Utica review
My 2022 Maxima got totalled and I was heartbroken. Not only did CDJR Utica have the exact same make, model, and color but I even got it with less mile. I worked the deal with Tyler Coughlin and was thouroughly impressed by both his commitment and his responsiveness. I live 2.5 hours away so everything had to be done remotely. He helped me through every step of the process and had everything in place to get me in and out quickly when I came to pick up the car. He answered the phone anytime i called, kept in touch through text messages and emails and made this a great experience. His personality was upbeat, kind, and caring. 2022 Jeep Gladiator review
This is a.rock solid vehicle that defines “utility” better than all the rest. You have tons of ways to configure the vehicle every day. Open air roof, doors off, entire top off, pick-up truck uses, off roading, climbing, travel, snowshoeing, skiing, snow driving, trails and dirt roads, hiking, carry bed loads, trailering, ATVs, etc, etc, etc. No way to ever find it boring. Plus, the extra bonus of the culture, friendliness, the wave, jeep groups, and the way it promotes and nurtures getting outdoors and getting active. No issues. Alpine stereo is great. Nav is great. Heat is great. comfort great, carrying fun loads great, towing to 4K lbs great. No complaints.

Armory Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT review
I have a 2009 Jeep Compass that I was told was not worth repairing under my extended warrantee by Goldstein Jeep (where i bought it new). I took it out of there and contacted Armory to see if they would work with me. Yes, they did and agreed with me that my Jeep was worth putting a little money into. They have done an outstanding job and have gone above and beyond to work with me to keep my favorite car on the road. Mike Murphy, my service adviser, has been very helpful. Yes, I've had to leave it a bit longer, but it's been worth it - parts for something this old are not readily available. They have done much of the work under my extended warrantee, saving me thousands of dollars. Armory and their staff has won my respect and I will continue to do business with them. Finally, a car dealer with a service department that cares about the customer, not trying to get them to buy a new or replacement car.

2021 Jeep Gladiator review
I bought my 2021 Overland new. I love it!!! It is fun to drive. Handles well in the snow. This is a well made vehicle. I love the leather seating. The best heated seats and steering wheel I have owned. I’m definitely a fan!!

Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Utica review
I went to CDJR of Utica where I met Jarred Kraszewski. We told him I was interested in a Jeep I saw online. Jarred took a copy of my license and had the vehicle ready to drive in seconds. He was polite and extremely friendly. CDJR took in my old car on a trade which shocked me. We ran numbers and well they got me near my payment. I would recommend CDJR of Utica and Jae to everyone. They make you feel like family. Like you actually mean something to them that I wasn’t just another deal.
2021 Jeep Gladiator review
I have a jeep gladiator mojave, 2021, great vehicle , the best i have ever owned, great for offroading and the suspension is great, designed for higher speed offroading and it does a great jjob at this and just regular off roading. also fun just to drive around town. Highly recommend this vehicle, i also love the xtras, led lights, safety features, (blind spot and ADC, etc), aux swithes . This just a great vehicle.

2023 Jeep Gladiator review
MOST importantly it is a JEEP. If you want a luxury vehicle, buy one, if you want a full-size truck, buy one, if you want a sports car, buy one, the Jeep Gladiator is none of these. It is designed to be a mid-sized pick-up yet still be a Jeep, it does this PERFECTLY. I have owned 9 Jeeps over the years, as early as 1978 up through 2006; the Jeeps today are full of more amenities and comfort than they ever have been in history. I have 2 Gladiators; a '23 Mojave, and a '23 Diesel Overland, both of them are INCREDIBLE vehicles on and off road, and MORE than fit the bill for a light duty pick-up, superseding most others on the market, and I am even comparing to any of the 5 Tacoma's I have owned. If you are in the market for a light duty pick-up, you can't beat it; whether it is a loaded up graded model, or even the base model, it is still a truck with 4WD, straight axles, and still available with a manual transmission. VERY happy with both of mine!

Claycomb Auto Sales review
Bought my granddaughter her first car at Claycomb’s …. a year ago…. Given the escalating price of used cars, we still got a very fair deal. There were a few minor problems right after delivery and rhe dealer took care of them right away. We are on our second service cycle and they got us in very promptly. I feel the minor repairs they did were very fairly priced. Dealer staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I hate bread some negative reviews about this dealership and would remind people that no dealer is perfect there’s obviously for one situation is no matter where you go… But I would put the this dealer’s reputationreputation against any of the major dealerships in secondary used car dealerships
2024 Jeep Gladiator review
It’s a Jeep, so people who buy this understand what it’s all about, great off road performance, reliable and fun to drive. The Gladiator is unique because it’s a pickup and gives you more flexibility on abilities to carry more, but doesn’t hamper performance in any way, also, priced well compared to similar vehicles.
