Used Jeep Grand Cherokee for sale in Appleton, WI

I bought my vehicle brand new at this dealership way back in 1999. With the exception of a few years living out of state, I have continued to bring my Jeep back in for services from regular oil changes and new tires to major brakeline maintenance and repairs. The service has always been outstanding.

Love my GC 80th Anniversary Edition. A little over 15K miles and she’s been in the shop 2 times now with a squeaking coming from the engine. Tensioner rod and idle sensor were replaced first, they had it for almost a month. alternator was just replaced, they had it for a week. Picked her up last night, drove her this morning and it’s still squeaking! Very frustrated but hoping to get her fixed!

I highly recommend this dealership and the services it offers. They are very cognizant and considerate of my time every time I schedule. Many times they complete the work ahead of the predetermined time

I travel alot and rent a lot of cars so i review for possible purchasers. I give the grand cherokee a 8 out of 10. Truck feels very confident and rides well. Id consider purchasing one if it wasnt for one thing…. This car is WAY to heavy for a natrually aspirated V6! The 3.6 is very sluggish and cannot get out of its own way. They need to put a twin turbo in it. Otherwise i would have rated it a 10. Other than slow get up and go… its a winner.

I have purchased two KIA's from Bergstrom KIA and both times they have treated me fair and with the expertise I would expect from a top notch dealership. Well done. We special ordered the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. The vehicle is all black inside and out. The paint is a Diamond Gloss Black Metalic. The day after delivery we had the entire finish done with Ceramic Coating. We've had this vehicle for a year and the fit and finish is like new. The Ride is tight and still handles great. Fuel mileage is now 21 City. We're sorry to see they will no longer produce this vehicle!!

I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 L from Bergstroms of Kaukauna Wisconsin on 6/8/16. I actually was looking at another vehicle on the lot, but after the sales person (Tom Gault) listened to my needs and wants in a vehicle, he pointed out some other choices. I did not get the feeling of pressure, more guiding through the process. I appreciate the direct don't give me a line approach and that is how I prefer to shop. I don't like to waste peoples time or mine. And that is how it went. I have been very happy with the process, I have already made recommendations to people, some looking for a Jeep specifically to go to you and I have specifically told them that it is a laid back approach and not pressured. I also appreciate what appeared to me what was a good fit for me, not lets get you in a bigger more pricier model to make more. It was what was working for me best.

This is the 3rd Jeep product we have owned over the years, first was a Grand Cherokee Laredo, then most recently a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. We just purchased the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd in Febrary 2023. This Jeep is the most luxuary we've ever had in a vehicle, it has everything but the cooling seats which would be nice as we live in FL. This will be a dinghy towed vehicle behind our Class A motorhome. We also towed the Liberty Sport.

Love my jeep. They have come a long way baby!! I am now a Jeep girl for life and recommend them highly. No matter the weather my Grand Cherokee gets me there in comfort and safety.

I've owned 3 Jeep products (2 Cherokees, and 1 Wrangler) and bought Cherokees 3 for my kids. Now they bought their own. Reliable, durable, and affordable. I love my 2017 Altitude. Looks great. The only thing I had to replace was a water pump at 80,000 miles.

Extremely polite and easy to work with. Love that they wash my car when they are finished free of charge. I will definitely be going back.

We had a great experience with Randy. It was truly a no pressure sale and they let me take the car home for several hours to show the car to and talk it through with my wife. Fair negotiation regarding the price and the need for new tires on the car. They called to set up tire service while I was in their office and had me speak with Pomp's to confirm the exact appointment time. Randy also took his time to clearly explain the sales contract and made sure that I did not have any questions. Great gentleman at the Main Street location.

Absoutely love the Jeep Grand Cherokee 4X4, but especially the added equipment on the Sterling edition . I wish they had not made any changes to the 2022. This is my favorite vehicle ever.

I looked at and drove the car on the last day of 2020. I had heard that dealers will make sacrificial offers just to reduce their inventory as the year was ending. That is not true of all dealers. I drove and loved the 2018 Grand Cherokee SUMMIT but the dealer was not as sacrificial as I needed. We were thousands of dollars apart so I started the new year with my old car!

I love my car! My Tacoma is so fun to drive. Only dealer with a stick shift Tacoma for sale. I’m so happy. I drive it everywhere.

The turning radius is the best for the size of this suv. The brakes are quick to respond. The 4x4 is a must. The only downside is that they aren't all standard with a trailer hitch. Love the sunroof, the all leather interior.

Take care of the small things. Second time I have had a vehicle in they probably should have charged me for something small and didn?t.

Grand Cherokees are awesome everyday vehicles and even better for traveling for up to 3 with room for luggage! The only suggestion I can make is less trim lines of the Grand! I have the Overland HA version!

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

Service advisor was knowledgeable and friendly, and repair took less time than they originally thought.

2022 Grand Cherokee Overland. Beautiful inside and out. Love the extras that the Overland package provide. Beats EPA milage estimates easily. ride comfort is very good, even in the rear seats.
