We were traveling through the area towing our camper with our 2021 RAM. We had an issue with the steering wheel cover falling off exposing the air bag. I called the service department on Monday morning and Kevin said to stop by. They had it fixed in an hour and a half. We live in Hilton Head and I looked for our new Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve for about a month. I had a couple deals all set up one in Ga, one in NC and another in KY. I always buy out of state for a number of reasons but finding one equipped the way I wanted was the main reason. On the day before I sealed a deal with another dealer I contacted Mike Ward at Marion. I was blown away by his attitude and service. He got back to me quickly, provided ALL the information I needed and he beat every other deal by a good margin. I had a couple questions and texted him after hours and he responded with answers. He even checked in with me on his day off. Then he drove our new Jeep 1/2 way to our home from NC to SC and spent 3 hours with us going over the papers and the vehicle. Buying a car is a pain, we all know that, but in all honesty, Marion is different... it really is. Clearly the Mgt Team helped Mike and they are to be sincerely complimented as well. But Mike Ward.... you need to call him before you seal any deal, I promise you, it'll be worth it. Thanks Mike and the Marion Team, you are changing impressions and satisfying the customer. We love our new Grand Cherokee even more because you made the experience so pleasant and terrific.

2024 Jeep Wagoneer review
I love my new Wagoneer Series II in white with sea salt interior. It has a big punch from the twin turbos, the ride is like my Cadillac Deville. It raises and lowers it's own height based on speed and road conditions. My only complaint is that the seams on the trim at the two back windows don't seem to be sealed properly so the water after washing it continues to drip down leaving a calcium line down the vehicle. I'd would also love it if you could add more apps to the infotainment center. Overall I'd buy it again. I've had two Gukon XL Denalis and the amenities on the Wagoneer at a lower price point far surpasses the GM vehicles.
