did all my work over the phone and when I drove from eastern ny to Canandaigua 230 miles I was greeted professionally and everything was as good or better than was promised over the phone which was a big concern of mine because of past dealer nightmares. I've bought vehicles as far west as Arizona, Oklahoma, South as far as Florida and north Carolina NEVER had a better experience. I'll definitely buy there again. We stopped in to inquire about leasing. We were greeted by Howard Hill & welcomed to the dealership. Howard listened to what we were thinking of looking at and offered information on the leasing program. He then suggested we look at a Grand Cherokee he had in the lot. He brought it around & showed us how everything worked. We took a test drive & he further explained the many features it had. Returning back to the office we decided it was what we wanted. Howard then began the process of the paperwork & setting us up with Steven Mansfield in finance dept. The day started meeting Howard around 9:00am and by about 12:30pm we were happily driving our Grand Cherokee home!
I'm very impressed with the professional nature of the Ide Staff. They were personable, helpful, and most importantly honest. My salesman was fantastic and answered my many questions and offered multiple resolutions to each. I'm surprised that this whole process was so easy, efficient, and not stressful at all. I recently went into West Herr to check out prices and information on possibly purchasing my leased 2016 228 convertible. I had no intention of purchasing a car that day. I was checking out the various possibilities for what I might do after my lease ran out. I had even entertained the possibility of buying a lesser brand off lease vehicle for my use which is not much as I am nearing 84 and drive about 4k miles a year.
Kyle Walsh offered to assist me and did so beautifully. He answered every question and gave me several possibilities of what I could do about just turning the car back in and buying something else or purchasing my current car and what that would take, interest-rates and all of that. He
was very thorough about making sure that I understood which I appreciate . It wasn’t till we had been working together for approximately an hour that he asked if I had thought about leasing a new BMW and I told him I didn’t think I could afford it. He said well let’s check it out and he began to go through the roster of vehicles that were available on the lot. As it happened he came upon a 2018 X2 and showed me how leasing that car was actually the best possibility for me. And I agreed. We arrived at a cost That appealed to me and we made the deal. They actually prepared the car that afternoon so that I had the car the same day. I bought the car actually without having even driven it, so unlike me.
I appreciated Kyle’s easy attitude and his respecting that I didn’t need or want to be pushed. He and Resident Genius Mitch help unload my old car into the new car and I was off. I think I will be very happy athough I’ve only driven the car one day as I live in New York City but leave my car in Rochester at my daughter’s. I’ve had enough of getting my car trashed in the Big Apple. Oh well…… Russell

My experience was great. I have been looking around for a new truck for a couple of Months, and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. My lease was expiring soon so I was combing the area GM dealers while looking for my next car. Even though they were a bit of a distance for me they provided the best pricing and best customer service of any of the dealerships that I visited. My salesperson David went more out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the car and the purchase than any salesperson that I've ever encountered. Everyone that I came in contact with at the dealership was excellent and I would highly recommend checking them out!
Exceptional customer service. Originally started with an E-mail inquiring about a car for sales. Responses were quick, professional and answered my questions. When we went there to look at the car they were very accommodating and no pressure to buy. We purchased the car we inquired about. Buying a car has never been an enjoyable experience, but this was very comfortable and pleasant!
Last week on my drive to work my wiper blades stopped working, I was fortunate in that I was not far from Ralph Honda when it occurred. I explained the situation to Service Advisor Steve Pecora, and as is always the case when I have dealt with him, he was very accommodating. Even though he was short of technicians that day, he said he would get someone to look at my vehicle. When he realized the shuttle driver was going to take a while, he found someone else to take me to my place of work, Steve communicated what needed to be repaired, and the part I need was ordered and the repair was complete. Steve also had the technician complete some recall work that was needed, This type of customer service is why I have only had service performed at Ralph since I have owned my 2011 Accord.
I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and found this dealership easy to deal with--no high pressure, no back and forth to the sales manager to negotiate the price--Sales person Christopher Curran provided efficient and friendly service. Any questions I had were answered. I purchased a tri-fold tonneau cover, running boards and bedliner for my new 2016 truck. There were no delays and truck was ready when promised.
