The staff at Shiflett ford are always looking out for my driving welfare, checking things that I don't even think to have checked. Knowing I was going to be traveling with our fifth wheel RV they knew I would want fresh oil with the new tires I wanted, they where very correct. Love the extra care that goes into my service. The service department is new and keep very clean and the shop is orderly and neat. From Roger to the mechanics all the staff is friendly and caring.

I purchased a 2017 Titan from Benson. the truck was as advertised and in great condition. The people are friendly and very helpful. The only problem was with Allen Hunt ; a salesman their. He has not delivered on promises he made. and is hard to reach after the sale to find out why the delay on keeping his word. To date I still have not gotten what I WAS PROMISED. I am going back up there to talk to the service mgr. Monday.I am pleased with everyone except Allen Hunt. If you buy a vehicle there don't buy from him!!!! I would recommend Benson Kia but only with a warning. avoid Allen Hunt.

The service department has always been very knowledgeable and helpful. I have had my car serviced the whole time I have had the car. UNTIL...……..I was told that my car needed brake pads, front and back, and the rotors turned. The quote was $500.00. I found a brake and alignment specialist who will do it for $235.00, therefore I feel that your prices are very high.

Wow. I am going to start off by saying that the people who work here are just genuinely good and honest people.
I was buying a new Jetta after returning my Jetta for the TDI settlement. As an out of town buyer I was originally nervous about driving 2 hours to a dealership with really low prices. Kristian roof made the out of town purchase very simple, and ensured me that they are reliable in their prices. The night before we were going to drive to get the car, we experienced a hiccup and was able to talk to the General Sales Manager, Wofford, at 10pm on a Friday night. He was available and quick to get back to us, and very accommodating. Buying the car the next morning could not have gone any smoother. There were NO surprise fees or problems purchasing the car. Kristian and Wofford were a pleasure to work with.
This brings me to Patrick, the finance manager. Patrick was great to work with the day I bought my car. One week later he was willing to talk to corporate about my TDI settlement problems. AND he spent 2 hours talking to my DMV when I returned home when they tried to overcharge me. This really shows that they care about their customers even after you buy the car.

If you do your homework on the car you want and they have what you want, do it! The best part was, the car was delivered to me! I felt like a baller when the car showed up in my driveway. Customer service was amazing. Best part, no pressure. Just me and my laptop, looking at all the cars until I found what I wanted. Just do your homework on the vehicle, you can't go wrong!!!!! They didn't let me test drive the truck I was there to look at. Waste of my time. Could have told me on phone that they couldn't sell me truck cause I have no credit. Not going there again. Plus I don't like Ford's. Went there to see a Chevy truck they had.
I had very specific requirements and Vroom was the only place that had what I wanted. They offered me blue book on the trade in and the purchase with no haggling. The car was as described. The lighting on their pictures was off so much I thought the interior was gray and not black. Luckily I'm fine with black. Customer service has been great. Delivery was fast. The car came with a white residue all over it, I guess the soap they use; I had to work hard to get it off. They delivered it to me in a public place with no gas. The fuel light was on. I wanted to drive around the parking lot and acclimate my self to the car but I felt immense time pressure to get to a gas station and as a result hit the road without even adjusting the mirrors. Kind of dangerous. Right now they are having a problem getting me the title almost two months after purchase; not sure if it's Vroom's fault but at least they are politely keeping me up to date and sending me a replacement drive-out tag since the first one is about to expire. As scary as it was buying a car online, I'd say overall it has gone well and I would recommend Vroom. Be aware that the contract forces you to give up your right to sue in court. You can opt out by sending a letter to Vroom's lawyers in New York.
