I purchased my truck living 1,100 miles from the dealership. The salesman, Brandon, was very professional giving me a true description of the truck. Needless to say, I was more than pleased when I saw the truck for the first time. All information given to me by phone was accurate, and the sales process was very smooth. Our experience was simply the best experience we've had at a dealership. Terry Berry met me in the parking lot & asked if he could help me. I told Terry that I was on my way to work & that I would be back. He replied that he would be here "all day" and he was. No hassle, straight to the point, easy listening. We had explained what we were looking for & Terry had the vehicle sitting at the front door when we arrived. An hour later, we were in our new vehicle. Brandon Shoemaker, finance, got us an interest rate that we had never seen before, it was really that low, sweet! Terry presented us with a offer/package, we had a trade in, that was so reasonable & we were impressed. We will return to Graven!
We stopped by Graven as a secondary option looking for a used vehicle. Wish we would have saved time and stopped by there first. Doug/Sales met us outside, even though it was cold and wet. Without ever feeling any pressure, he questioned us on our needs and we were already test driving our selection within five minutes. The finance part was just as easy. Doug informed us we were approved within minutes, but asked for a few minutes more to find the best possible financial deal for us. When we were ready to sit down and sign the paperwork, we met Brandon/Finance. Again, very polite and fast. Talking to Brandon was as easy as socializing with an old family friend. We have never heard of Graven till today, but it is definitely a dealership that deserves repeat business. They will see us again when it's time for our next new vehicle!
As my salesman, Jon went out of his way to listen to my needs and try to meet them, without trying to push something on me. He showed me options which would meet most of my wants while trying to meet a list of needs to probably don't exist in one vehicle! I really enjoyed talking with him and his knowledge was helpful in allowing me to understand what I was truly looking for.
Great service and all around great treatment at Don Vance Auto Sales in Marshfield, MO. Dan Miller answered my request on Cars.com about a Lincoln Town Car. He was very helpful and an all-around nice fellow. I bought the Lincoln I had inquired about and so far am very happy with my purchase.
I found a vehicle on the internet that I was interested in. When I called the dealership, I spoke with Dustin. He was very helpful in answering my questions. We agreed on the specifics before I ever saw the vehicle with an understanding that his description needed to be accurate. I drove 3 hours to the dealership to see the truck and finalize the purchase. Dustin had described the vehicle very accurately and I was pleased after inspecting the truck. They have a great selection of used trucks and I recommend visiting the dealership to pick one out. Had I not picked mine out before visiting, I would have had a hard time selecting one because there were 3 or 4 that I would have considered.
I had gone to 4 different dealerships shopping for a new RAM. Ended up at Don Vance in Marshfield. It was an hour and a half drive but ended up being worth it. Adam Clair was the absolute best. I took up 6 hours of his time and he never once was impatient with me. He never rushed, pushed or pressured me. I also feel like he got me the best possible trade-in value for the car I treaded it.
Overall it was a comfortable experience and I look forward to doing business with Don Vance in the future.

Have bought a car from them in the past. Always helpful. Always friendly. Although I didn't find what I wanted this time around, this car lot has tons of cars. Tons of different price and styles. Plenty to choose from. I definitely recommend buying from this lot.

I am a Ford customer that was in MO for my son's graduation from Ft. Leonard Wood Basic Training. It was pouring rain and my tire was nearly flat. I could see a heavy duty staple had punctured my tire. I had no idea where to go. My son saw the Ford sign and said, "Hey there's a Ford dealership." I am a Ford Owner Advantage Rewards member and thought at least they could point me in the right direction. I was directed to pull my car into the bay. After a short period of time, the mechanic came back and announced that my car was done. I asked him what the charge was and he said, "No charge, ma'am. " I was stunned. I cannot express how grateful I was to be a Ford owner at that very moment. They went above and beyond to help me in an incredible time of need. If I were local, they would have a lifelong customer. My Ford dealership in Waukesha, WI is my normal go to. I will continue to be a Ford customer for life. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
