Pleasant greeting. Respectful. But admitted they used a "back door" to show a car they had ordered as if they already had it. Honesty would have saved me a trip! Not likely to believe anything from them in the future.
We purchased a vehicle from Tony and were very pleased with the process. Tony was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. He made the purchasing process easy and quick! We drove 90 minutes to the dealership and the vehicle we purchased needed some brake service before we could take it. Tony brought the vehicle to us the next day free of charge, which was much appreciated!
I just wanted to thank the entire team at JP for making my buying experience a memorable one. From the moment I called and talked to Carly about the vehicle, Hector helping me through the process, and the finance team getting me to the payment I wanted, they were all super nice and accommodating to my needs.

First time ever being at a dealership in IL and it was a great experience. My salesman was Eric and immediately I felt comfortable because himself and the staff were very welcoming. Best part of this experience was the friendliness and also the confidence Eric showed to help me in getting a New Used car. Coming from WI, I highly recommend this dealership even if it’s a drIve because it’ll worth it.
I first found Dempsey online. I requested information & got a response very quickly. I was looking 4 a new specific vehicle with pics. The information & pics where also sent 2 me quickly. I went 2 the dealership 2 talk about the vehicle I chose, & drove it home the same evening. The people r very nice. I did go through anxiety. Let's face it, a house & car r the most expensive purchases 2 get. They did calm down my anxiety & I'm now enjoying my new vehicle.

Fantastic place to do business. Had a great experience when buying a new car at Prescott brothers. Duane was great! Went out of his way even to make sure our daughter was comfortable while we did business and kept her preoccupied with treats and toys to play with. Highly recommend.
My truck was in the shop longer than stated. When I returned the loaner vehicle, the service technician inspected the loaner vehicle with a fine tooth comb before giving me the keys to my vehicle. I had left some papers in the loaner so I went back. There was a gentleman returning a loaner and picking up his vehicle. The service technician asked the gentleman was everything ok and is the tank full. The gentleman said yes. The service technician handed the gentleman his keys and said thank you. The service technician did not inspect this man car before he was given the keys to his vehicle. Maybe because I'm a woman? Maybe because I'm an African American? Not sure, however, this didn't sit well with me.
