I have a very difficult schedule to work around and therefore require a lot of electronic communication (vs coming into the dealership). Mr. Julian London was the recepient of my initial electronic communication, and we could not be more thankful! He is incredibly responsive, very respectful, knowledgeable, and customer focused! We stopped by the dealership to look at a car, and it ended up not being exactly what we were looking for, so instead of giving up (like many dealerships would), he kept working with us and the end result - a much nicer car than we ever thought we could be in for the payment we were looking for - so we are ecstatic with our Lincoln MKX! We also had the pleasure of meeting Scott who was very genuine and ensured our visit met our expectations - which it far surpassed! Again, we could not be more happy and excited about how easy this car buying process was, and the car we drove away in! Will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade our other car and would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle!
One week after my 2015 Super Duty purchase, I do not believe any dealer could have made a deal better than the one from Montgomery Motors. In for a routine car service, I checked on some used trucks for a future purchase. I say future but working with Candice Vanore we made it happen sooner. I live an hour from the dealership. Candice worked with me via calls and text coming up with a deal that was hard to pass up. This is my third vehicle purchase in four years from this Troy dealership and my second from Candice. Give Candice a call for an enjoyable shopping experience. The finance manager Julian London is also a pleasure to work with. Was in the market for a nice low miles used car. Got in contact with Justin Myrick at the Troy dealership and he had a couple options that fit my needs. Went and test drove a couple vehicles and found the one i liked it was just a little out of my budget. Went home and did some research and talked to Justin a little more and realized he had the best deal on that vehicle around. Went back a couple days later and purchased the vehicle. Justin is very knowledgeable and very helpful in the car buying process. This is the second time we have done business with him and will definitely contact him for all our future car needs.
I found a very specific Lexus I had been looking for online with these guys. Called them up and talked, very friendly. Drove two hours up later that night and picked it up. Very friendly people and they were drying it off for us since it was sleeting outside when we pulled up. Everyone was great and they beat our bank's rate (USAA). Everyone stayed late to accomodate our schedule and we drove off in 2 hours.
I wanted to brag on Gregg Ellis. My wife and I were looking for a SUV with not much intention on buying something this soon. Gregg went out of his way over the phone to get a deal done for me. After totaling my car, I dreaded having to deal with the whole process of looking for, and buying a car! With very little time to shop for a vehicle, a friend told me about an online purchase she had made. Reluctantly, I began my search. I drove over 300 miles to buy a vehicle, (and we have a lot here in D.C.!!), and I can tell you, it was well worth the drive!! They do exactly what they say they will, and don’t play any of those, “Dealer games!”! Great dealership/GREAT PEOPLE!! They have a Customer For Life in me!!
I walked in put my keys on the counter and told the man oil/ tires/ state inspection. The service manager looked up, smiled and introduced himself to me! It just got better from there and I love the attention to customer service!
The salespeople did not jump all over me, the manager was engaging and the owner, Mr Cooper, was fantastic!
