The gentleman that answers the phone in the service department is always helpful and the service is of high-quality and affordable.

I went to this dealership to buy a used car. However it didn't work out for me. I wasn't able to leave with a new car at that moment due to my own circumstances. The service was still exceptional and courteous. Very welcoming environment and straight to the business. I do plan on going back soon, when my unfortunate circumstances change. After driving for 4 days from Oregon on our way to Wisconsin, oil life in our Verano was at 4% when we reached Rochester, so we decided to stop at the dealership where we bought our car in 2013 to see if they would be able to do an oil change while we waited. Even though it was after three PM this was not an issue and we were on our way, with a clean car to boot, in less than an hour. The technician also mentioned that our air filter was looking dirty and replaced it.
I was so impressed with Lupient and their service department. The salesman who sold me my car (then called Viking) was very nice and helpful. He made the buying experience easy and painless. Lupient's service department cannot be beat. Brian is always friendly, helpful, and professional. He answers any questions I have and takes care of any general maintenance on my car. Everyone in the service department works hard to help me feel like I'm a person and not just another car. We were so impressed that when we went shopping for a truck for my husband, the first and only place we went was Lupient!

The purchase of my new vehicle what expedited in a smooth matter, and I left with a vehicle I am thrilled to own. Although it was past closing when the paperwork was completed, Almin took extra time to ensure I was educated on the features of my car, set up my phone, filled my tank full of gas and ran the vehicle through the car wash. This was the best car purchasing experience I have had, and I would recommend this dealership with confidence.
The service center staff Kevin Posse very professional and personable. After I left and noticed the brake lamp function light still came on after they replaced the socket. I returned to Park Place (Kevin was at lunch) and Ken made sure before I left everything was in order all they needed to do was replace the bulb! Also your shuttle driver Dawn is very prompt and courteous. Thank you Trisha for my paperwork always ready and in order!
