What a friendly & family-oriented environment so close to home. I only wish I would have discovered them years ago. Best car-buying experience I've had! Will & Gerald did everything they could to earn my business without pressure. I am also confident that Will is available to help with future questions about my purchase. I love my new Buick Envison! Thank you Will Spencer & Lambert Team!!

I have a 2023 Acadia, it was making a random grinding noise. I took it to a GMC dealer in Bedford, they had it for 8 days, got it back same problem. I took it to Preston in Burton, "Paul Huler" top quality Service Tech. found and solved my problem. Thanks, Paul for not giving up where the other guys did. Lifetime customer now !!

We had the best experience here. Scott Bickley was exceptional in helping us find the right cars and best fit for us price-wise. He was very patient and willing to meet the individual needs of our family. Mac G the sales manager was also exceptional in helping us make our purchase. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Our salesperson, Selena< was wonderful! She was knowledgeable and helpful. The financial person however was not as wonderful. We have excellent credit scores, 870+, and were offered 8.25% loan rate. We then called our credit union from the office where we could get a rate 3% lower. He left the office a returned with a rate 3.26% lower! Then there was a mix up on information and when we called him back he never returned our calls. Selena was finally able to get the answers for us. Selena is a true professional, we wish we could say the same for the finance department.

What a fantastic buying experience from start to finish! I was greeted buy salesman Luis Luna when first entering the dealership. We got right down to business. I told Luis what I was looking for, went on a test drive, and back to the dealership to finalize the transaction. What a great vice at the dealership. I spoke to many people at the dealership at my relatively short stay. I got what I wanted and headed home with my Telluride! From Luis my salesman to the General Sales Manager to the finance manager to the cashiers, everyone was so friendly and positive! I am a big fan of Spitzer Kia West and I’m sure a future loyal customer! Thank you Luis Luna and the great people at Spitzer Kia West!

Had a vehicle delivered from elsewhere and a good experience. Quite a lengthy process but the sales rep was much easier to deal with than at conventional dealers. Would return.
