Napleton's River Oaks Kia review
Jose was very nice, very polite and honest. He took his time, walked us through everything, never rushed us during inspection or paperwork review. Very polite and honest, and asked for permission for his social media. Disclosed everything and was very apologetic for “taking too long” even if he didn’t take a long time at all.

I want to thank Shelly in the service department for making the big repair of my Kia (older) a good experience. She kept in constant contact with me while it was being service. She made me feel confident that the job would be done properly, and it was! Whoever the mechanic was, thank you so much. I can't believe how much better my vehicle is. If I can get this excellent service every time. I will stick with buying another Kia! Thanks again Shelly and the mechanic!!! Maureen G
