Camelback Kia review
Returned for a warranty repair. Work was performed while I waited in the lounge. In and out in 45 minutes. We bought our 2027 Telluride in May from them and have been back twice, once for dealer added equipment and a 2nd time for a minor warranty repair. Purchase and subsequent service appointments were excellent. There are closer dealerships for us but we will drive the extra miles for this level of service.

Camelback Kia review
I purchased a 2023 Soul Kia at the Camelback Kia Dealership, in Phoenix, Arizona, where Luis Santana the sales rep really made me feel at ease and comfortable when I traded in my 2020 Hyundai Elantra New Edition. He was very personable and really listened to what I needed and wanted in my new car. He was very professional and he took his time with me and didn't just try to sale me any Ole car just for a sale. I really appreciate all his efforts in making sure I got what I really wanted. I would definitely recommend Camelback Kia and especially recommend anyone to ask for Santana, because he will really go out of his way to make sure you're taken care of and get the car that best fits you. Very exceptional customer service and always has a smile 😃 and feels like he's known you for a long time. Thank you Luis Santana. Keep up the good work🥰

Fernando took care of my Kia soul shortage 100k service and went Over and above. He rocks! My car was stalling and now it runs so smoothly. We got a free Uber home since it was going to take a while to repair and then another Uber to return to the dealership to pick up my car. And he also got my low headlight fixed for free. I travel to this particular dealership because of their great service and professionalism even though there's another dealership closer to me. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH FERNANDO

I had a fantastic experience leasing my 2026 Kia EV9 from Sand Kia. My salesperson, Gonzo, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. As a parent, it meant a lot that he took the time to show my family the vehicle and even let me take it home to test how well it fit our needs—especially making sure our Wonderfold wagon and car seats worked with the layout. Once my family gave their stamp of approval, I headed back to the dealership and found all the paperwork ready to go. Gonzo made the process seamless, and Sand Kia put together a great lease deal for us. I truly appreciated the thoughtful service and flexibility, and I’d absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Kia!

Camelback KiaReviews
Camelback Kia review
Response from Rosalind to our online inquiry was very fast, informative, transparent, and low pressure. Rosalind paid great attention to detail. She is extremely knowledgeable on the product and very professional in her approach. Camelback had the vehicle we were looking for, a 2025 Telluride, at a very competitive price. The entire purchase process was quick, efficient, and low pressure. The level of customer service from the sales consultant and the Finance Manager was impressive. I will definitely put Camelback at the top of the list for futures purchases and will recommend them to family and friends.

Great experience from the beginning till the end my Rep check me in right when I pulled up got me a ride home and came and pick me up. He was very friendly knowledgeable, and even went above and beyond when I had a question about the towing capacity for my Kia. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

CHRIS and marcio were incredible. Their service is beyond beyond even though I didn’t buy the car. It was not because of anything they did, it’s just when I factored in the transportation to the northeast it just didn’t make any sense if I lived within 500 miles of them I would buy from them all the time they are the best of the best whoever trained them also should be commended Joe ct Former new car dealer for 50 years
