Liberty BuickReviews
Liberty Buick review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service – Justin Sgro at Liberty Buick! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my car-buying experience at Liberty Buick on Bell Road, all thanks to Justin Sgro. He truly went above and beyond every single expectation I had for customer service. From start to finish, Justin was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. He listened to exactly what we needed and worked seamlessly within our budget, without any of the typical dealership pressure. I have never had a car-buying experience that was this exceptional, smooth, and genuinely wonderful. He completely changed the game for us—honestly, it makes me want to buy 10 more cars just to work with him again! If you are looking for a vehicle, do yourself a huge favor and ask for Justin. Thank you, Liberty Buick!
2025 GMC Yukon review
A overall quite reliable car, I’ve owned this Yukon for a couple of months and it’s treating me well, it’s nice, it’s luxurious, with high resale. Yes it consumes a lot of gas, but besides that, best car I’ve owned.

It was my first experience at this dealer. It turned out to be an excellent experience and will return for my future service needs. Dean was my rep and he could not have been easier and more pleasant to work with. He was prompt in getting back to me with diagnostic results and followed through to the end when I picked up the truck. Keep up the great work. Thank you.

Mercedes-Benz of North Scottsdale review
Mercedes Benz of North Scottsdale is an incredible Dealership. While we are from Seattle, we visit AZ a lot. We shopped Seattle for our first car, and they did not have the inventory that this dealership does. We purchased that car with Lenor and what an incredible, enjoyable experience that was. We just purchased our second car with Lenor and we cannot thank him and the dealership enough. Lenor is the greatest salesman we have ever worked with. He makes purchasing a car a really great, no worry experience. We sought him out again to purchase this car. We highly appreciate his calm nature and welcoming personality. Thank you so much Lenor, see you again next year!!!
2024 Genesis G90 review
The Genesis G90 ESC is a premium car at an excellent value. It is extremely well appointed with numerous features exclusive to Genesis. It does have a serious drawback. If you are in an accident, the cost and time to repair these cars is outrageous. Most collision centers have never seen this car let alone have experience repairing them. Electrical problems are the worst. G90 resale values are low, but once you have an accident, the car value plummets. I know.

Dear General Manager Justin Huerta and Salesperson Willard (Bud) Thomas III. I wanted to send a quick note to say thank you for making my car buying experience so smooth. I love my 2022 Maserati Levante. Your honesty and patience made all the difference, and I will gladly recommend you to my friends and family. Thanks again for everything! Best!
2019 Genesis G90 review
This is the finest luxury sedan in America that almost nobody knows about, thanks to the bungled Genesis launch and lack of advertising for it 6 years ago. That being said it is spacious, reliable and a tremendously good value. I have driven mine for 6 years now and the car is as tight as the day it came out of the showroom - not a squeak, rattle or part failure once. It is also just about the last of the "normal" big V-8's that burn regular gas and don't have or need turbos to make up for all the forced downsizing cars have gone to 6's and 4's to meet insane proscribed mileage average standards.

2022 Acura TLX review
Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles, two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

just now I literally can’t put it all in the review, but I’ll summarize with, “This was the first time I had a pleasurable experience at a dealership” Nelson was the salesperson I worked with, but I think they all operate on a professional level. I’d recommend the place to anyone, but I am most impressed by how fast they found me the car I wanted and helped me decide based on all the options I had. I even got some education in the Certification process for an Audi Pre-Owned. I’ll be back to pick up a gently used A4 Allroad once someone is kind enough to trade one in!

Audi North Scottsdale review
We purchased a new 2021 Q7 from Audi North Scottsdale and were residing in New Mexico at the time. New Mexico is notoriously slow at governmental things (titling vehicles for example) and after almost a year and a subsequent move from Santa Fe to The Boulders in North Scottsdale we had a nightmare on our hands trying to get a title transfer. Chris Powell, GM, and his team stepped in and got the issue solved for us. We will always buy our cars from Chris!

My wife and I were looking for a new car. We were directed to Lenore. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He helped us to find the exact car we really wanted. Also, our finance guy was Joe Shannon and he was extremely polite and helpful. I would absolutely buy another Mercedes from Mercedes of North Scottsdale. I absolutely love my new car. Thank you Rob H

Owning this car, and drives like rocket with F1 turbo tech and 4CYL. Engine difference is just surprising. Love the steering and looking forward to upgrade to 21' rims and apply upgrades.

2019 Mercedes-Benz AMG GLS 63 review
My fourth GL/GLS a couple diesels, a 450 and this Beast, with now 145,000 smiles, the GL Diesels 28 to 33 MPG depending on right foot, this one is 17 to 22 MPG with the right foot the controlling factor, most of the miles are between Las Vegas and Jackson Wyo. mostly Highway, and a lot of the miles are above the 80mph state posted limits. Great Road Car, both Open and show covered, (I do run snow flake tires) very comfortable driving and certainly don't have to worry about lack of performance,

Van Chevrolet review
Yes Tyler Busell was excellent! I got an appointment within 2 days and the car was serviced for 7,000 miles. I was disappoointed that I was charged for the service because it was past one year. I misunderstood the offer when we bought the car. Overall good experience at Vans and Tyler was polite, knowledgeable and efficient.
2022 Rivian R1T review
The 14.5" clearance in the truck gives me ability to drive over the snow berm that the snow plow piles on the roadside that blocks my driveway. The all wheel power and computer control gives the vehicle ability to get in and out of my residence and to the store. The EV feature allows me to use my free elect power from my solar panels to charge my truck year round and avoid thousands of dollars for gas. The service centers just over 100 miles away are great inspite of the distance. The warranty coverage has been as it should be. The driveability is tops and the cameras spoil me because my wifes car does not have them like the Rivian does.

This is a very comfortable vehicle. However, the plastic on the driver's seat, covering the seat 💺 controls will detach from the seat. Nevertheless, it's a wonderful automobile to own.

Great people, kept me in the loop constantly. Taylor was very professional and friendly always.
2024 Mitsubishi Mirage review
I downsized from a 2014 Subaru Forester I had for 10 years, purchasing a 2-year old Mirage SE with a whopping 4000 miles on it. It’s a beautiful tiny car, as loaded as can be, and averages 40 mpg. It works great in the city and on the highway and is a little cocoon of amenities. The visibility out the front window was a bit challenging to get used to due to the black box. And despite only being 5’4” I sit really high to the windscreen. Otherwise the interior fits me great — being aware this is not a car built for bigger people or those needing to haul more than 2 people and some groceries (although I do plan to take it camping), I love the styling and overall zippiness. It was priced very well for the model. This will be a long-term vehicle for me and I’m very pleased a month in.

Audi North Scottsdale review
Really great experience overall. We loved Gary - you should ask for him. Very knowledgeable and no pressure which was great. While I expected to be strong armed in finance for additional upgrades/packages, we did not suffer that here. Thanks you, Perry!
2022 Audi e-tron review
The Car is just great, but potential buyers beware. One problem is that there is no permanent roof sunshade. I purchased a Porche Taycan sunshade that stays in place with 12 clips, since they are sister vehicles. Living in Florida, the glass roof gets beyond hot and cooks the top of your head. Another issue is the chargeable miles. At 80% charge I get 245 "electric" miles, and at 100% I get just about 300 "electric" miles. Using the a/c, the radio, or head lights will eat up about 45 miles easily. Tune ups are expensive considering there is no engine. My first major tune up this year was $1,600, a lot more than expected. 4 year warranty is up in June, Audi wants $9,300 for 4 more years or 48K miles. I went with a third party insurer for 5 years/30K miles for $4,300. Too bad Audi doesn't have more faith in the quality of their vehicles.

Bill Luke Santan review
I purchased a pre-owned Subaru which had a couple issues. Bill Luke's service center took care of everything promptly. Brad and the service center staff were great. Altogether, from first looking for a car with the sales staff through the final service appointment, I have only the highest regard for Bill Luke Santan.
2023 Lexus IS 500 review
The best car I ever purchased. Beautiful and comfortable along with exceptional power and handling! Patrick Taylor did a phenomenal job putting the deal together and really went far above expectations. I highly recommend the 500 IS to anyone.
